Short version...it's a trap.
Point number 6 in the comments by Hoosier Vapers - without anything being officially in writing, by law or policy, people selling noncompliant juice on the belief of this nebulous email are still subject to lawsuit by the monopoly.So why do you guys think it's a trap? I read the points on the HV fb page...where is that info coming from?
