Hopefully that will be a trend.A lawer for GoodCat just notified me that the court ordered the ATC to issue a "provisional" permit to GoodCat before the end of the day.
My guess would be more jail time.Holy cow, I wonder that means as far as the suit as a whole goes?!
I have a copy of the ruling but haven't a clue as to how to post a copy of it. If anyone wants it I've got it saved in my document file but you'll have to give me a quick tutorial.
Cali was the only company awarded a permit at the ATC meeting this afternoon.![]()
So if I understand, those entities with a "Pending Application" must be approved by midnight tonight, otherwise they're SOL?
Also, for those that are active and approved, does anyone know what some of the aliases their businesses use (i.e. brands they would more commonly be known by) and do any of them have Internet sales presences or perhaps even be registered suppliers on this forum?
There is an interesting section of the judge's ruling against the injunction in the federal case that may be good for DIY'ers and people bringing their own over state lines based on an argument the state made.
