Tony, Maybe you can help - I ordered a 510 kit and it finely showed up but it does not have the recharger? Millie emailed me back and asked what i did receive - Seems kinda strange because I thought I was clear on what was missing.

Here is my first mail:
Hello, I did not receive the "1 x 510 RECHARGER" with my order that I
received today. Any Idea why it was not included?
One of the ATOMIZERS looks to be banged up on the inside? The inner wick is
coming out both sides and the metal part is bent over? I'm a little worried
to try it?

No as of now we only have the blue ones in stock. We are trying to figure something out as far as the PCCs go. The failure rate on them when they come in from China is around 50%. So we are talking with them over there to get something worked out. But until then we will only have blue PCCs in stock.

Hey, Tony--order #310 here. :) Just wanted to let you guys know that, at this point, I don't care if my PCC is hot pink with little poodles on it, just so long as it appears to be working to your standards. Feel free to send whatever you've got and think is appropriate. ;) Also, question: The details for the two 510 kits I ordered show that I specified the Titan attys, but will I actually be getting the new, all-black ones when they come in (which I'd now prefer) and is this what my order is waiting on? Thanks for this and all the previous help and assurances ya'll have provided.

p.s. I guess PMing you might have been more appropriate for this but I'm new and stupid. :p

I don't care if my PCC is hot pink with little poodles on it, just so long as it appears to be working to your standards. Feel free to send whatever you've got and think is appropriate.

I agree with Topher. My order was #557 with USPS overnight shipping which was for the 510 PCC INDY Kit (which I noticed is not on the website anymore) and included a black pcc. I'll gladly swap out for a blue one if that's possible. I actually perferred the blue over the standard black, but didn't know if that was an option or not.

I'm also really glad that you guys post on this forum and interact with your customers the way you do. It's very comforting to know that a supplier takes such an active interest in their customers. This is a MUCH better experience so far than I have received with other PV suppliers.

Wow I was order #241 as of Thursday morning and they are on order $557? That is double their orders in less then a week. Oh and for the record guys be prepared to wait, I still have not got mine even with express shipping. lol.

Strako - LOVE the GB avatar pic. I am a huge Ghostbusters fan. Have a logo tat and all.

You couldn't possibly have been order #241 as of Thursday morning when I was in the mid 300's Tuesday morning...

Yes you will be getting the new all black atomizers with your order. And yes I will ship your order out with a blue PCC. I just hesitate because some people would rather have me refund their money instead of switch to the blue PCC, which I understand. Glad to know that you don't mind the substitution. :)

There seems to some confusion about a kit we offer that used to be called the "Recharger" kit. It is a kit that was not in our original lineup. All of our original kits included a charger. We received many requests from our customers that asked for a kit to "recharge" their original kit with extra batteries, atomizers, and liquid but they had no need for an additional charger. And so, the "Recharger" kit was created. Many new customers saw what an incredible deal it was and decided to make it their first purchase from us, not realizing that it did not come with a charger. We apologize to you as we have to them and to clarify the situation, we now call it the "No Charger" kit. We will send you a free charger and a new atomizer to replace the banged up one. Once again, we're sorry to all for the confusion.

Spoke with Mark this morning just before I had to leave the house. ..............................................

I would have been infuriated to have my shipment arrive somewhat late AND defective. Now that I know when its going to arrive and why it was late, I'm OK with it. :cool:

BTW: My order is #260 and was being delivered to USPS probably at the time of my 1st post on this subject. (Late last night.) I live somewhat rural on the East Coast and it usually takes 2-3 days for Priority Mail to reach me. I did once have a package sent Saturday and arrive Monday, but I think that was sent EARLY Saturday and a total fluke. I'm not expecting it before Wednesday. Meanwhile...:pop: and :nun:
Was delivered Monday:thumbs: But that was my only luck yesterday....didn't get home until 8PM. Work was a B:-x:-x:-xH! Already got a 510 from another supplier so knew I'd love it. But without the PCC had to alternate between it and other units. The PCC is da bomb!!!!:D

I think I might have been the first one to suggest that. I can see how "recharger" might be a confusing name for it, though. I might be inclined to call it the "refill" kit or something like that.

i just made an order with innovapor and i cant seem to find my order number or any tracking info....plus is the shipping all caught up or am i going to be waiting a long time....i am in the military and am going to be leaving soon so i was looking for a quick "getting off analog tool".....anxiously waiting :)
