its quite shocking that INNOVAPOR went south so quickly! after 2 weeks of research and finally deciding on the EVO i ordered my first kit and i am so, so looking forward to vaping! just hope that my order gets here soon, i am going to stick it out a little longer and give them the benefit ot doubt for now! i ordered on the 15th and yes my order still says being processed. it looks like a quality product and looks like it performs so again i hope that it just arrives soon! i hope that everyone that is in my boat comes out with their product, oh by the way order #608!

First of all, you don't need to worry when on our site it says processing. This status is for our billing end, and has absolutely nothing to do with shipment. ....................................................................................................................

If you haven't read it elsewhere, the "processing" status of order on their website has nothing to do with shipping. Also the inventory status does not update correctly and their IT guy went on vacation just before this mess hit. If you do not yet have a tracking number for your order, it either was shipped during a time they couldn't access the USPS website or has not shipped. In either case call one of the above #s or Mark (Partner and I/C of shipping) @(208)761-0895 You may get his voice mail but he WILL get back to you ASAP.

Im waiting for my second order from them after the first one takin a while. The first order I had called and Mark called me back to explain, all was good till I got impatient and called him again, he answered that time and calmed me down again, got my order 1-2 days after that. Cool. I placed another order with them a few days after that for a blue pcc. That was last sunday. Still no tracking number. Im not going to call again basicly because I got my 510's and the wife and I can wait for her pcc, shes not happy but we understand. I sent an email today askin for some extra goodies to be thrown in and I'm sure they will because they rock like that. I still tell all my friends and anyone interested in e-cigs to go thru them simply because they are great people to work with but I also tell them to understand that they are swamped and getting more orders then they can handle atm. If you are wondering what is going on with your order I can't stress enough that you MUST call them, emails take too long to get read when they are getting nailed with orders. You will be taken care of. They are new, they cut everyone elses prices and this is what happens. Bummer but thats life.

Looks like a few days more of holding our breaths...I remember reading somewhere on their site that they take Sunday off, so Monday they'll get my call. It's kind of unfortunate that those of us interested in where our money has gone need to go through so many hoops to find out...ehh, oh well; As I've said elsewhere in the forums, the best way to avoid being totally disappointed with these things is to order from a few different places...It certainly cuts down on the "lost in translation" factor substantially, heh, and I will say for one that not all companies are created equally in this fully-nascent internet market (e-cigs): One supplier did such a good job of handling my order last week that it totally makes up for all of my issues with innovapor. The Saga Continues, though...

Order #538 made on July 13th. July 14th got email explaining about processing. I emailed about shipping informed it wasn't shipped yet they were waiting for stock to arrive I pointed out the site said there were still 101 in stock on the 16th I get an email telling me all orders up to 550 are filled and waiting to ship. I still don't have my order or tracking information or shipping confirmation. Was reasonably happy with my first order, what good will I had is rapidly going away. I have many friends interested in PV's will not be sending them Innovapor's way. 2 orders placed at same tome as the order to Innovapor arrived on 15th. Excuses don't win repeat customers.

I do not think we will be taking Sunday off this week!

510 Inventory is not and really has not been an issue. Volume has been. We have 1,000 510s at least coming in every week.

EVO inventory is not a problem but the EVO showed up with a new atty that does not match teh dimenions of the old atty. Long story short... it stretches out carts and can result in EVO suicide (atty plunging to early death as a result of slipping out of the cart). The intellicig guys over in the UK are working on these issue. I do not want to send out suicidal EVOs. So I have pulled them from the site until I am convinced a good solution has been found.

Mark can answer shipping questions directly. 208-761-0895.

USPS shipping time has been horrendous. I have many examples of sort to delivery times of 8 days. This is not an innovapor problem it is a USPS problem and in looking around the web other supplier (and unrelated businesses) are suffering from whatever is going on.

We are packing and shipping daily as fast as we can to get you 510s and ECopure as cheap as we can. While continuing to strive to get faster.

Okay, to be fair, I just received word from SleepHater...although my questions still exist, I now know that he has them...also, anyone replying to that old "support@innovapor.com" email, especially if you replied to the blanket email sent to orders 1-550, they may have electronically misplaced it; he couldn't find mine. So, send them another email to their new gmail account, just in case. Will update people once I know more.

(and yes, I did suggest going overboard with public service announcements, and how much time that would save all of us...more time to vape:) -j4mmin

Thanks for the reply Noah! :) And he is so right, if you really want answers and a tracking number then just CALL Mark at the phone # listed above! E-mail will not get you fast answers, a phone call will though:D

I received the no more evos until we find a fix email as well. so I decided to change my evo to the 510. I called innovapor as soon as I saw the email because I checked the website to see the difference in packages. At that point I got scared when I see there is only 8 available..... website says there are 7 now. Anyway on my conversation with the rep She stated that 510 were not in stock but should arrive Monday or Tuesday and would ship then. all I know is that im getting mixed signals... That is to bad because their reputation was outstanding until lately and now people are getting disappointed. Me being one of them.

So 510 Inventory not an issue. We do have a "recursive inventory issue" with the site meaning that it will not recognize the components of a ket and deduct them from inventory, more an internal pain in the ___. Then a real issue.

My solution order at least 1,000 510s a week. I make the orders and track them through customs so I have the most current info. Sometimes I am busy talking to customers through email, phone, PM, posting etc. and neglect to tell Millie or her manslave Clay about what has or has not arrived.

I am going to start a stock status thread tonight once I wade through my email an PM so there will be no confusion over what is or is not in stock.

Good idea. Would you consider also in that thread listing what order numbers you guys and gals are currently working on or near (Ballpark)? Thanx.

well you have to give credit where credit is due. Noah is always responsive, Before I actually ordered from him I actually sent him several PM's and He always answered real quick i mean in minutes. it didn't matter if it was 3am or 6pm he is always spot on with replies. thanks Noah for the update and I agree with the previous poster some sort of order # shipping update would be wonderful.

I haven't seen anything about our orders having been shipped (I had #450 & 463 ordered 7/9/09). Anything?

My order was 454 and it shipped last Wednesday the 15th. Mark gave me a tracking number on the phone yesterday morning. Did you order a 510 as well? If so Im sure it went out on the same day as mine as they did send a e-mail stating that 1 through 550 would be shipped then. Im thinking the exception to that rule would be those who ordered EVO's.

Thats because they are being bombed with e-mails, call Mark like Noah and I have said. He can give you all the answers you need, along with a tracking number! But you may wanna wait till after your mail comes tomorrow as you may receive yours tomorrow as well ;) I ordered the blue pcc, which wasnt have any problems, the blacks were. Some people have stated they got the black with a note that said it would be replaced soon with another that the batt light works on.
