Order #1000 = recieved...

Although I thought I was getting the Pelican case - must have pushed a wrong button somewhere......

That's encouraging for me to hear. I'm order #1102 and have not gotten a tracking number, though Millie said it shipped and she'd get me one. So, I'm hoping within the next couple of days. Just glad my NPro hasn't died on me yet. Tried dripping with it and it hasn't worked right since:(

I ordered on 7/24 and received my order yesterday on 08/05/09...Order#844

Order 990 received this afternoon. They more than made up for it to me. Sorry for being impatient!

No vendor ever makes any shortcomings up to me, LOL. :-(
I was very patient and I ordered over$100 in spite of all the commotion and negative posts...I had faith in IV. But, an extra little surprise would sure have been nice, LOL..

I will order from them again regardless:)

Although I DID order from them again..I have an order outstanding of just Ecopure, nothing else...we shall see, I ordered on Tuesday. #1168

    I placed my order on the 29th and got my order yesterday. That is not a good way too win customer confidence. The actual shipping took two days. I have been getting things from other suppliers in two to three days from the time I click the order button. The thing that got me upset the most was the lack of a tracking number and no information sent to me on when my order would ship. I can completely understand being busy. They should just let me know what is going on and I would not be upset and would expect the wait. I don't mean to rant and rave but communication is the key.

    Just wanted to say great job. Ordered on 8/1 and received today (8/7). I know lots of people expect their stuff delivered in 2-3 days, but to me within a week is perfectly acceptable. The one thing I'd like to see improved is communication. A customer should not have to ask for a tracking number, so this really needs to be fixed. But on the plus side, every e-mail I sent was promptly and courteously answered. A great experience for me, and particularly coming from a company who is still going through some "growing pains".

    Yeah, according to Mark my order shipped on Tuesday and he gave me my tracking number. However at the USPS site the tracking number is unrecognized, with no record at all. I don't doubt them at all, but I think they need to change their shipping options. Maybe offer FedEx Super Saver or ground shipping options. USPS is really starting to get on my nerves, not just with IV but pretty much anything I order that ships USPS.

    YAY!!! Glad you got your order. I think that Innovapor is doing the best it can with the resources they have at their disposal. Mine "should" be here next week sometime. Placed on 8/5, so it is still early yet. I know that they will come through for me and everyone else.

    Their main bottleneck is by running things out of Salt Lake City, and shipping out of Boise. If they centralized, hired a few more in the shipping dept, and switched to FedEx Ground with option for Express Super Saver shipping they could really smooth things out real nice.

    They're all real good people that want nothing more than to get you what you want in great working order. I'd love nothing more than to see them grow into a great streamlined business.

    As of this morning my order was still listed as "processing". I wasn't too worried since I've read the posts on that. I had literally just sent an email to them to ask about status or tracking #, when the wife called to say we had a box fom IV. I ran home at lunch & checked it all out. It's all there, the bats were charged, & I'm vaping as I type! Love it!
    1 week turnaround not bad IMHO.
