the majority of people have had nothing but good experiences with David yang and his products, and i am one of them :) sure there is a faulty product every now and then…but every! E-cigarette seller is the same for goodness sake ..that thread makes me sick

No e-cigarette seller is perfect, that’s for sure, but David is pretty good in my opinion

Rickstar, I agree partly with what you said. The thread starter posted and did not further back up what he said. Based on the situation and also Yang's record, he had to be given the benefit of the doubt. Thats why that thread died off for a while.

But now, there is a new situation, where a listed supplier on the forum has given an account of his experience with Yang. I think there is more credit to be given this time cos the supplier actually put his reputation on the line by giving this statement. This is also coupled with another thread that highlights Eastmall's delivery problems.

I don't have beef with Yang or anyone else for that matter. God knows i love chinese suppliers. Just feel that its a valid read for anyone who wants to deal with him. They can make their own minds up as the good reviews far outweighs the bad ones.

You have a very valid point fedor, people need to judge for themselves, and when i say judge for themselves i mean in the sense that often complaints made by certain individuals are from there side of the story and can not be verified or defended by the seller because he is so busy that he has no!! spare time to defend himself against some of the spurious claims with no back up just like in that other thread.

But you’re correct; everybody has the right to there own opinion and beliefs. All i am saying is don’t believe everything you read ..There are always two sides to every story ..And David is sadly way to busy right now to retort his side of the story, he is busy doing customer orders and answering complaints and just ordinary customer Email's ..The poor guy is run off his feet and when i told him about some comments that were on here he was very upset about it and that is why i am trying to give some of his customers a direct communication line to David himself ..I know he is a really good and friendly person who really does not deserve some of the over the top melodramatic insults and accusations that he has gotten and receiving on here. But he does receive more! good reviews than bad, your right

Anyway as i said he is a very decent guy and it saddens me the way he is treated, he is not perfect, but he strives to be, these are very difficult times right now just like it is for every other e-cigarette seller around, there is a mad! Rush on for e-cigarettes and just like with all them other sellers defective e-cig parts are unfortunately inherent in that industry.

I am just trying to get unsatisfied buyers in direct contact with David as he does miss these unhappy customers messages from time to time. I just like the guy and want to help him and his customers out.

I cannot agree with some of the things you said but thanks a bunch for acknowledging my points. You seem to side with David Yang a little to much here. No doubt his business is good and he is busy but that is his responsibility. How can that be an excuse for doing not doing his job right? He should know where his production/ business capacity is and if he overloads himself with orders and is unable to fulfil them, then he has no one to blame but himself.

He may be a nice and friendly guy like you said but what about all the affected customers? There are still so many people that ordered from up to a week ago or more and has not gotten their items shipped. What about the supplier that he screwed up? Shouldn't we feel for him as well? All the mistakes and non communication must have been hell for that particular supplier. That supplier, in his post mentioned that he even lost same sales because of that and some serious customer dissatisfaction from the long waiting period. It seems that David Yang still owes him some stuff till now.

I tend to lean a bit more towards the supplier in this story. If it was just a random newbie on the website, i would probably dismiss it. But this guy is a listed supplier that runs an ecig business and has a website. He is more visible than David Yang and has an address listed in the US. He does not have much to gain but lots to lose by doing this. Would you still wanna buy from him after finding out that he has a less than capable supplier and has a track record of delaying orders?

Again, i don't wish to attack anyone but we have to be fair and remain objective here. I don't mean to offend, Rickstar. I hope we're cool.

Ok i will leave it at that mate, besides i left my boxing gloves at work so it wouldn't be a fair fight :p Lol

Enough said, this is getting way to serious for my liking, and i am in a happy mood today,
my sister just had a baby :)

And if she thinks i am baby sitting ..FORGET IT!! haha
