OK, here is another question and yes this has to do with the Strata.
If the Strata is being made to fit on our Simplicity Im assuming it will need to be connected by taking the top cap off and connecting directly to the Simplicity tube? That is what my mind is visualizing otherwise the Strata would be like the other 510 atomizers out there and be able to be placed on other APVs?

Very true, thats why I finally posted my thoughts on Hybrids here and not on the APV forum. I felt "safer". I knew it might cause some flaming and arguments and possibly angry or rude posts. I feel I can ask "provocative" questions without wanting to slap myself for starting a "fight"
I think David said something on the first page about making a 510 adaptor for it. I guess something similar to the GG atty's. Makes sense to have the atty natively fit the mod(s)
How long before the 1st photo of Strata with a foot in the background?
Well, Nach is one of the testers so it's safe to say that a foot will eventually make its way into a Strata pic!!!
O.K.. First, let me say this: I am a Super-T fan. I have retired my old vapes, and am only vaping Super-T mods. It takes forever to get their 'special' stuff, but, they deliver incredible products. I am very likely to purchase just about anything new and different they come out with.
What is wrong with a 510 connection? What is the 'negative'? Why is there a need for 'integrated' or 'hybrid'? I like the idea that I can take any atty I have, and pop it on top of any mod. If there is a 510 adapter, then there is just another piece to purchase and lug around. So many pieces! So much stuff! I admit ignorance, so please tell me the benefits. Thanks!

i do have a good excuse... been celebrating since i got a new job at the hospital i've wanted to get into so bad (respiratory therapist here!)... so that means... new job = yea... if these are gonna be as awesome as i think they will be... sign me up for 2 ELA versions!... or maybe i'll get one and wait for a tank ver. hmmmmmmmmmmm

A 510 connector, by the aspect of its smaller connector, is more tenuous. A 20mm joint is less fragile than a, what's a 510 connection? 5mm? The 510 is a legacy holdover from cigarette lookalikes. For big battery mods, a cigalike interface isn't necessarily the best suited when something more stable and less complex is possible.
Plus, the added female/male, the top cap of the battery half and the bottom cap of the atty, add height, weight, and an extraneous electrical contact. The integrated connection is slightly more electrically efficient.

yes, I understand all the details, lack of drop, one piece etc...... But how does that make it a HYbrid? Dont get me wrong, I "Get" the idea, but why use that term? Instead of just saying here is our atty and our PV, great because it connects directly without loosing whatever.
I just see people throwing out terms that have nothing to do with what something really is. Now, I will not mention it again......................

Ive secured myself a simplicity 18500 and I will be waiting not so patiently for the strata to be released. Lol. I prey that all the testers approve of David's perfection and get production moving.
