I'm having second thoughts about ordering my Simplicity Strata.
I've got a P+ 18500, a Simplicity Ti 18350, and a Ti 18500 on order. I've had a P+ Strata on order for a while as well. When the Simplicity Strata went up for sale I ordered one. But now I'm starting to wonder whether the second Strata should've been ordered as a spare for my P+ instead?
I think soon the current P+ Strata will go away and be gone for good, whereas the Simplicity Strata will continue to be made and re-made. I chose something I can probably get later over something that may likely become a unicorn. What if I chose foolishly?
Then again, since Super-T has a lifetime warranty, maybe the one P+ Strata is enough, and I'll be glad to have one for my titaniums as well, sooner rather than later.
I'm like this in the grocery store, too. I'll stare at cereal boxes for 20 minutes figuring out which box gives the best price per ounce, and weigh that against what's tasty. (I usually include Cinnamon Toast Crunch in my purchase whenever it's on sale.)
Anyway, re: Strata, I predict that laziness will win out, and I'll just stick with what I ordered. I don't feel like putting myself or Super-T through the annoyance of changing my order.

rojo, I would stick with the order you already have. If you didn't have a 500Ti on order, then I would say that you should just get a second Strata for your other P+. But since you have a 500Ti on the way, it's definitely going to need a Strata on top!
Thanks Nacho, I am looking forward to putting the Strata next to my cap and button. I soon will have everything but the fundamentals to use them.

Yes, the drip well is definitely deep. Just wait until you see the "Snork-wrap" and the "Nach-wrap".....those were some pretty creative builds.
Well I snatched up a simplicity 18500 and a ribbed strata, so I'll definitely be trying out quite a few builds! I can't wait!
The redesigned Rhodium over Gold posts for the Strata are in. We are assembling/finishing and will start shipping the P+ and Simplicity versions asap. On the ELA Strata version, Machining on the top caps now.
This makes living in Minnesota a beautiful thing! It's like free overnight shipping!
Best news in a while! I just got my girlfriend a simplicity.. I've been debating the past few days whether or not I should get a strata too for her... Hmmm
