IPV D2 - Temp Control Above .3 Ohms?

I see the spec saying the range in TC is .05-.3 ohms.
Does that apply to Ti as well as Ni?

Very hard for me to get below .3 with Ti on a STM

Havent tried but I think others have been going above 0.3.

You should be able to get below 0.3 with Ti. What build you want to do and what gauage wire do you have? Maybe I can suggest something?!?!

That's the thing. We all 'think' it can, but it seems nobody knows firsthand.

I use the STM and 28 gauge Ti. There is limited room for a spaced coil in there. I use 4 wraps and think I can fit 5. More than that, no way.

If you are up for twisting some wire, a 5/4 wrap of tightly twisted 28g around a 2.5mm bit would be ok and would vape very well! Otherwise, I would invest in some 26g. Its priobably
the most generally useful guage for Ti and certainly the one I use the most (and I dont vape anything other than Ti these days!)

Looks like I'll have to get 26 gauge if the 28 won't work on it. Don't want to start twisting, etc.
Personally, I have the 28 gauge build down pat for the STM and Mini M.
But, I'm buying this for a backup.

The sx mini manual says the same thing. It's not true. Your builds can be above 0.3 ohms. I use ti wire so all my non twisted single coil builds are in the 0.4 ohm range.

I know they work on the Mini M, that's what I'm vaping on as I type one handed.

Ok, here's my 'official' answer.
Yes, the D2 works fine with Ti over .3 ohms.
I have one now and have vaped with TC on a .35 and a .58 ohm Ti coil.
Great little device BTW.

same for me. 0.4 ohms is fine. havent gone higher yet!!
