Guys, now I have a Problem.
Wanted to get the iPV3 from fasttech, but know I just read here that the iPV4 will come out soon.

Now what to do?
Should I wait for the iPV4, does it really bring that much benefits to chose it over the iPV3?
I dont really need the 50W extra (even though they are nice).

I was stuck deciding between a Sigelei 150W and the iPV3 150W from fasttech.
But now here I am having more difficulties now.

i think in the end the ipv4 will be worth the short wait- a more advanced board/chip and a no screw magnetic fast battery change. that yihi board/chip is the latest and greatest in a long line of great boards and won't be outdated for quite awhile- just my HO and YMMV. good luck deciding!.....

The Sigelei 150 watt is also a good choice. You can get it from 101vape for fairly cheap. I Own a sigelei 150 watt and my girlfriend has the IPV4 on pre-order from eciggity. On paper the IPV4 seems to be a better choice with the temperature control.

I was wanting to pull the trigger on this mod today. It now appears we will have to wait until April 3rd. Disappointing for sure.

It was always slated for early April launch, not sure why you would expect it any sooner, or why you're disappointed. If its not out by April 15th or so then I could understand some disappointment.

According to 2 sites for the last month, it was slated for March 25th. I guess you knew more than they did though.

Have been looking at temperature control mods for a bit, and with the VS rDNA 40 being the cheapest reliable TC mod I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. However in finally taking a look at the ipv4, I realized the time is fast approaching for these to be available, so I got in on a pre-order. Not a fan of the ipv shape, but my fiance likes her mini 2 and I am a fan of yihi boards, so I decided I can deal with the weird shape to get a TC mod. Now lets just hope the TC actually works!

april 3rd or april 10th makes no difference to me- i will wait patiently with a rant every now and then until it is my hands. i have had such good luck with yihi chips so i will wait and luckily keep vaping my 4 other mods(all with yihi boards/chips) until the ipv4 arrives. if i had nothing else to vape then we might have a major problem - as long as the device is right when i receive it then a few days won't make that much of a difference. yihi has never let me down and one reason may be they don't release their products until it works. if p4you does the same with their cases then all is good- get it right, release it, and be prepared for more orders 'cause if this thing works as advertised they will be cranking out quite a few in the coming months. believe me, if all is well no one will care when they got it and months from now this delivery drama will be easily forgotten. i went through the same thing with my sx minis and now i can't even remember how long i actually had to wait...instead , i just keep enjoying them more each day and will long into the future. to quote Aaron Rodgers, "r-e-l-a-x"....

I pre ordered my IPv4 yesterday. Hopefully they will be ready April 10 th

I hope your vendor bought enough to include you in the first round of pre-sale deliveries :) gl dude!

I agree that If yihi&p4u maintains their track record on this mod I got a hell of a deal and they will be super hard to find without a big wait after the news is out ;)

I thought I would wet everyone's appetite with a picture of the display from the IPV4. I am digging the ohm reading, as well as the temperature readings.

Enjoy.
