IPV4 preorder

Which seems to contradict their claims of being in the group of priority vendors since there are other vendors claiming to have already received their second larger batch that will be shipping before Vaporizerchief even receives theirs.

I think you may be confused. If you've been following what's going on with the ipv4, you would know that pioneer4you sent a very small batch to some of their distributors last week. Vaporizerchief was part of that because I already received my iPV4 from them and have seen others posting on this forum that received it from them as well. According to them (and other online Vendors like Vapenw and Vaperoyalty), pioneer4you started sending out the big batches earlier this week. So basically Vaporizerchief had their big batch shipped to them at the same time as the other "priority" vendors. Don't see any contradictions in their updates.

Except other vendors have already received stock of way more than the 20 or so P4U sent in the initial batch.

How long have these other vendors had them in stock that received way more then 20... a day or two? You do realize that shipping from China can take 2 to 5 days right so it would make sense that some vendors may receive them a few days apart even if they are all part of the first batch that went out lol. According to vapenw:

"We want to keep everyone informed and updated:

P4Y has released 2,000 units on the 28th of April. 20 stores will be getting 100 units each the first week of release. This is for stores that ordered 3,000 units and above. We are part of the group that will be getting 100 units. More units will be sent out the following week."

Pretty sure that no company has received more than their first batch of 100 units yet and that only 20 companies are getting that first batch but if I am wrong please correct me.

P4U released their update on the 30th stating that their order had shipped from China, there were vendors already selling stock from their second batch on the 30th. Reddit in particular has had posts from distributors who received 500+ units.

All I know is, MVS sent me an email telling me they did receive 20 in the initial batch earlier in the week and then received a "larger" batch yesterday April 30. They shipped mine overnight for free. I'm holding the mod in hand right now but waiting for my fresh Sammy's to charge. I'm actually surprised, the way the videos were showing them, I thought the mod would be bigger. It fits nicely in hand and is super light. Width wise, it feels no different than holding an iStick 50w or M80 Plus...it's just lighter in weight which is a plus in my book. The grip of that clam style cover is actually really nice. It is kind of smooth and feels slippery right now but then again, it's brand new. I will definitely be carrying this one around as opposed to my Sigelei 150 which I hardly ever carry around.

Here's a quick comparison I did against the iPV Mini 2

That doesn't even make any sense but I'm not trying to go back & forth about it. No distributors received 500+ units, if that's true go ahead and post the link to prove it... I know a bunch of people that would love to get them from someone who has it in stock.

That's funny. A person that claims he is a distributor and has 500 units while all of the biggest online vape stores & distributors are waiting for their 100 units to arrive but he thinks the quality is "so questionable" that he is going to call up all of the shops he sells to in order to let them know and see if they want to change/cancel their order. Additionally, he is specifically suggesting another product instead. I'm sorry man but none of that story makes any sense at all.

well he's comparing it to the m class so of course its gonna feel cheap compared to that. but for the price you pay, imo, it's a very good dual 18650 box mod with temperature control. i actually almost pulled the trigger on an m class while i was at a vape shop but the single battery is what stopped me.

Yea. The $75 price I paid for the IPV4 versus the $200 M Class. I too almost went for the M Class, but I'm glad I got this instead. You can't compare a Honda to a Lambo lol. Only minor complaints I have is the battery door's ever so slight loose rattle and the mirror finish of the screen, and the fact that that the screen feels kinda loose, if you touch it and slide up and down on it. On mine, it moves just a hair. But for $75, I got what I paid for.

I'd have liked to seen a IPV4 Plus or something, for like $30 more you'd get something more solid and a little less cheapy. Maybe around the $120 that the IPV3 was at. I won't spend $200, but I'd be okay with $120ish. I don't think this thing would fare as well against a big drop like my IPV3 has had about 120 times (clumsy girlfriend.)

I agree 100%. If it weren't for the single battery in the M Class, I would've picked one up and there's no way I'm throwing that hideous extension tube on.

Check out some of his past posts, it's not like the distributor thing is something he just made up on the spot.

I ordered mine on Thursday and recieved it today. I have no clue how many units the dealer had but it was no trouble getting one quickly.
