Is a minMAP or anything similar even possible to get?

Update: Apparently what I want is a "giantomizer" which RoyalSmokers is coming out with in May. They're going to e hella pricey though. Wholesale price for a regular clearomizer in lots of 1000 (their inimum for some idiot reason) is 62 cants a piece which goes up to two dollars a piece by the time it hits retail. they want $2.80 for giantomizers so I wouldn't be surprised if folks are gonna try and charge 8-10 bucks a piece.

I think the photo illustrates my point.

O.O sooo awesome!

Is there build instructions for that anywhere?

I'm kind of working on that. It seems the only reason it fit was because I didn't have the tank secured over the bottom very well. I put the tank on my VMU and when I tried to take it off to place back into the Jazz, the tank separated from the CE2's bottom.

I believe it's a very small amount of space, so I'm not messing with the extension. Instead, I'm going to try cutting my next CE2 XL a little higher up than I usually do. CE2 XLs are 5cm from the end to where the metal tube meets the base of the threads. I generally cut at ~6mm, but I will try cutting at ~9mm to see if that'll give me the little bit of space I need. I'll have to reconfigure some of the spacing in the MAP tank as well; namely, the silicone cap on the ceramic cup and the metal tubing that is in the top. Just a little bit of moving things down should do the trick, I think.

oh cool,
i just pmd you to find out if that was for real...keep us posted. I think the pipe form factor has been sadly neglected (perhaps due to its similarity in form to the ingestion model of another popular smokable that is apparently not to be mentioned here.) but it seems to me the big hangup in this whole process has been folks trying to cram some very complicated electronics and mechanics into some very small spaces when it would be significantly easier to build a big hookah sized monster that just plugged into the wall outlet--half the people who vape are sitting at their desks anyway..

love to see how this one works out.

I think the trick to the pipe issue is making sure that it strongly resembles a traditional wooden pipe. Nothing glass or metal. I was actually thinking of doing a corn cob. They also have a form factor adantage in that the bowl is long and thin. Much like a large protected battery. Haing the thick base for the MAP to fit on though is a total win.

...The problem is Clouds of Vapor seems to be permanently out of stock of basically everything.
I'd just get an ato-miser but the thing is the side of a salt shaker lid, and is mostly appropriate for pool cue mods.

Just hit the "Notify Me" button and you'll get an email as soon as they are in stock (seems to be end of the week generally). That's what I did, picked up a couple over the weekend.
