A modified Altoid tin. BTW, that's why we still call them mods. Because they used to be everyday objects modified for use in vaping.

So, if Altoid tins might be used for vaping, I suppose from now on they will have to have "contains nicotine" warning labels and will be regulated by the FDA. That's what the new laws say, right?

Alien recently said vaping will die when the last ex-smoker dies.

Interesting prophecy. I never thought about it like that. I just assumed there will always be smokers. On the other hand, those of us who have kids who vape might pass on their vape habits to their kids. I do have quite a few friends whose kids vape too. I wonder........

I can't imagine my world without vaping. It's also a hobby for me that keeps me out of trouble, lol. And the friends I've made in the vape community are special to me. From reviewers to the newbs that come around seeking help to quit smoking.....all special in my eyes. Heck I even made a friend from China, one of the Sourcemore reps. She really helped me out one time and then we just started chatting about all sorts of things. We still email each other. It's pretty cool. I most likely wouldn't be chatting with a Chinese friend if it weren't for vaping.

I was pretty bummed about the whole pod thing, not to mention the disposables I have seen for sale with no ingredients listed or nic level indicated - kinda like cigarettes, actually. But I am starting to look forward to a whole new generation of um, modifications....

Fingers crossed.

In the meantime, I think we should all help the FDA out and make a list of the couple of thousand items out there that could be used for vaping. Item #1, anchovy paste. Item #2, book lights.

Come on people, we have to save the children.....

Most vapers here had to transition from cigarettes; quite a few are still struggling. Kids who started vaping right away from not having smoked won't have had that hurdle to begin with. Though, the genius who invented nic salts made sure it won't be as easy.

My last divorce happened when you had to tap a number numerous times to get a certain letter. She was able to rattle off texts to me in blazing speed... I simply learned to tap 3 twice and 8 once. Worked like a charm. I could do it with my eyes closed even..

If we get to page 10,. do we all agree that ECF is NOT dead and not even the WALKING dead?

And some of you lurkers need to talk more.

Or maybe we need a variant of this thread every week. "Where have all the ECF old timers gone?" Or. "Power to the no longer secretly present people who can make a mod from an altoids can (I can't) and TELL US BABIES HOW?"

    Etc.

Do you really want to know? I'll be happy to find those old threads with schematics and detailed instructions. Also for flashlight mods. They were really nice; a bit large, but nice. :D
