Is mech/unregulated more enjoyable?

I don't know about you guys, but I'm done building coils a long time ago. I usually pick up at fasttech premade coils, and you can find whatever your heart desires at ridiculous prices. Just pop them in, clip the leads, and off you go. The only ones I make are high diameter coils for special applications.
Nope....I'll build my own, thank you

Yes but unless I am bowing down to the GOD of mech OR regulated, I think that's where the similarity ends (although there are a few of either persuasion who might well be willing to ah, offer up a prayer here or there to whichever mode of vaping.)

I know my prayer to a mech would be "Don't blow up." My prayer to a regulated might be, "Don't give up the ghost."

Although, I'd think the majority don't ah, actually have a theistic belief system concerning their mod.

Although, mine was oddly and spookily able to take away my need to smoke cigarettes. No actual human being I've met has been able to do that. Hmm... .

WOW!! I had never seen it. Truth is that I pretty much get bored with certain eliquids so my tanks are normal, 5 ml tops. I bought the Aromamizer just for fun, as I loved the original. 18 ml of liquid is a lot to plow through, but I'm sure it'll come handy on road trips.

Not that much. I build mostly single coils of about 0,6 to 0,4 ohms, and using them on a normal mech mode, given you have the right battery (I use VTC 5 for ALL mechs) nothing will happen. I inspect and resleeve my batteries on a regular basis so I know that when I pop it in a mech it will be safe. Same with center pins. Dangerous are direct contact mods, there you have nothing to shield you if you make a mistake. I don't have any of those anymore. They were very popular in the early days of RDAs. There's a kit from Geek Vape that is very nice, if you want to use it in that configuration. My main concern is voltage drop. My sweet spot is usually 4.2v, if the coil is a little worn and needs dry burning it'll be a weak vape. Most of the times the unregulated goes out and in comes a regulated. I vaped unregulated for years, and that voltage drop is what makes me the most mad.

:) It's close for those who live it day to day! Most forums are like that. Heated discussions about cars, guns, musical instruments ... the list goes on and on and so do the forum participants.

Seriously, some of us enjoy talking about the merits of various vaping paraphernalia. This is our Facebook. I stop in at Facebook sometimes to catch up. My wife spends as much time there as I do on ECF. Before I retired, I spent lots less time here on ECF once I gleaned enough knowledge to vape without frustration. Nowadays, I'm here way too much!
