This question will be asked till the end of time. When I 1st started vaping, I was completely against Provari. I was completely against expensive mods and I bought myself a Lavatube and a Bolt. I was so happy with myself for not following the trendy crowd. Flash forward 4 years now, and I have a half dozen mods, and my favorite is the Provari

If your a trucker, you need a blue provari. and you need to hold that thing like a dramatic rapper's microphone as you drive cross country. Its a brick compared to my evic, trust me. Build quality and vape quality are great. The evic is nice, but it only does 11 watts which can sometimes be annoying.. And it uses a slower pulse to heat the coil. I find that as the battery gets to be around 70% charge on my evic, the vape becomes inconsistent. Provari doesnt have that problem. Provari wont break when dropped. (mines been dropped 20 times) You gotta love the Provari if your an american vaper. The very 1st VV mod with a screen, and at revision 2.5, the very best, to this day.
If you scratch it, a quick stainless steel paste buff gets the scratches right out of the satin silver model. If you somehow dent it, by running it over with your truck, you can send it in for repair. Repair price list is on the terms and conditions page of the provape site. There is no repair list on the evic site.
I like mechanicals because the strait from battery voltage is really smooth, makes less noise, and tastes great. The provari has a vape similar to a mechanical. Its a really nice, smooth vape. Highly recommend it. The evic is cool, and I like it a lot, but I love the provari mini for its form factor, repairability, its heft/durability, the wattage limit, and the vape.
