So I made this one.
A lil short tube top to match skirt? (I ran in to the tape wile cutting)
A machined one would be preferred, Same length as skirt. Cause apparently I can't cut.
To keep this in place I uses harmonic suggestion of 1 wrap of masking-tape on tube.
Nice fit but maybe a "rubber lining/coating inside would work well to keep top in place tight to tube?
It just has a nice look it it. Old turbine1 came in handy

adrena just use a another little piece of masking tape or use for some clear tape on top - the masking tape is kinda squishy and you can make it tighter lol
