If it detects a short it will shut down.

For the phoenix RBA, i think there is a short somewhere in the RBA, not bad enough that my gripper wont fire it, but it did collapse two springs (yes i tried it again after the first cause im a .....) on my reo mini. The phoenix rba wouldn't fire on my itaste unless it was just barely making contact with the battery post, it also got very hot on my gripper, im not using mine anymore till i figure it out.

Ive been using the v1 since it came out in june? With no issues, these are probably my fave except for the fact that i have to push the connector to one side while firing to make it work.

Has anyone tried using the iPhone wall plug to charge the iTaste?

My iTaste is reaching me tomorrow and I'm wondering if I should buy a wall plug specifically for the iTaste.

This is the spec of the wall plug written in HealthCabin.
Innokin Flat Mini Wall USB Adapter [C-C2 iTaste Charger] - $4.50 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail
Input: 100-240/50-60Hz/400mA
Style: EU/US
EU adapter Output: 5V 500mA
US adapter output:5V 1000mA

A quick look on my iPhone plug, it's written
Input 100-240v 50/60hz 0.15A
Output 5V === 1A

Looks the same to me but I'm wondering if anyone tried.

I do, but sometimes I use other generic or China USB wall plugs. I have a lot of iThings and other gadgets that need to be charged with a USB plug. I never thought that there is any difference? Except I noticed that one is only for 100-110, so can't be used when I travel to countries with 220-240V, all the other plugs can be used with any voltage.

I've been using the iTaste for about 4 days now. I've been using the default tank since the whole reason I bought the iTaste is for it's pencap.

I bring 3 additional tanks out in a ziplock bag and everytime, the bag is sticky with juice. Does anyone have any tips in transporting those tanks?

Taping up the hole maybe?

The easiest solution I was able to find, was simply to not bring spare tanks. The tanks are so incredibly easy to refill that I found the easiest solution was to simply carry a 10ml bottle with me, and periodically refill the bottle. You can also get even small bottles if you want to carry just enough for a single day. If I recall correctly, freedomsmokeusa carries 3ml bottles. A full tank+3ml will probably get you through the day if 3 spare tanks was enough, and then there's no leaks.

The other option is to simply use cartos that will fit under the cap. The 510 adapter w/tidy cartos works well. Just be carefull. There are at least 4 versions of the tidy cartos. They come in tidy10 and tidy12. The 12's are WAY too long. There's also 2 versions of each of those. The Tidy10's they sell with the kit work great, but there's another version that they sell at gotvapes and a few other places that seem to work better, but have to be trimmed slightly to fit under the cap. I ruined 2 cartos before I got the technique for trimming them down.

I heard the Tidy leaks which is why I went for the tanks instead.

Vaping is banned in my country so I try to be as discreet as possible when switching tanks. Guess I'll just get a 3ml bottle and refill in the washroom when I need to. :D

"Vaping is banned" ... that's like saying "the jaws of life are banned" or "oxygen tanks are banned". What a shame that must be...I feel for you.

Well learned a lesson on my little itaste tank. I was a video by (Can't remember his name) but he said that if you bite the tip of the little tank that it would pop a small piece of plastic. This was to improve the draw and help control condensation. Well I tried it with one tank and the difference was like night and day. It changed the whole way it worked all for the better. Well fast forward to today and I filled up a new tank cause the old one was just wore out from pulling it out and filling and replacing. Filled the tank, insert into the little magnetic holder and bite. Up got the little piece of plastic tip out of it. First vape nothing, second vape, nothing. Pulled the tank out and I guess i clamped down to hard and split the tube down into the holder. Lesson learned. I don't bite any more. I'll just use a paperclip or toothpick. I carry extra tanks so no great loss.
