itaste vv version 3..... do you like yours?

I've had mine for about a month and I absolutely love it, I have the V3 without the pen cap. It is definitely my favorite at this point, I have 2 ego-c twists and an eroll and just got a smok SID which I also like very much. The itazte is the one I take out and about along with the eroll, the SID is just too big and bulky for me to take out and about, but I love it for at home.
I also really like the I16 clearos that came with it, lots of flavor and vapor AND the heads last a long time, I don't know how long yet because I am still using the first one and it is still going strong after nearly a month.

My only complaint is that you cannot replace the battery and for that reason I will probably get the VTR, box style or not. I just think that it's wise to have something with replaceable batteries just in case.

The day my V3 arrived was the day I was really able to control the cravings and the day I was sure that as long as I can vape it is very unlikely that I will go back to smoking.

I've had mine for a couple of weeks now. Nice improvement over the old Ego I was using. I'm finding 7-7.5 watts works best for me. Using T3s, EVOD, and a Mini Pro Tank II with it.

does any one know if the express kit has the same threading as the iclear10s kit?
i got the big kit... it said 510 connection which isn't the same as ego threading right?
if that's the case... will a T3s work with it?

The 510 and Ego threading had me confused as well. Luckily my iTaste 3.0 came with both threading. The iclear 16 is hit or miss. One time it shows 1.8 ohm and vapes good and after taking it and using my Mini Protank and going back to the iClear it reads 0 to .5 ohms and no vapor at all. It looks like it's heading to the trash bin.

I have 2 iTastes3.0's and Love them...They do not Roll and I get about 6 hours of Heavy vaping out of each one...I am dripping on them and that takes a bit of power...The Passthrough Option is Great as you can charge and vape, with the Dual threading there is no need for an adaptor..The VW/VW is what sold me and I do not have anything to compare it to yet but They suit me Very well..The medium Ego case fits nice...just wish it had a floating pin but you can not have everything...

I recently got the iTaste V3 with the eGo threads and I absolutely love it. I had the original v1 with the lame magnetic connector and pen cap. It was a good device but this one is superior. I like being able to use eGo based clearos like the Evod or the Pro Tank Mini. I can just as easily use the full size tanks as well with an eGo beauty ring cone thingy. I have several full size mods but I like to use something portable when I go out and about. The iTaste is a cut above my Spinner and Winder and I have been vaping it almost exclusively on my outings. I wish I could fit the lanyard on it though. I guess you can't have everything!

No worries! Just buy one of these;
Adapter - 510 Battery to eGo Cartomizer
and you will be good to go. If you don't mind the size of the regular protank (1 & 2), it will work without the adapter. The mini protank will need an adapter.

I bought 2 v3s as an upgrade to my Twists. I bought the first one from heavens gifts and waited 2 weeks. The second one, I bought from Avid Vapor and waited 3 days.

I'd say battery life is the same, I go though 2 a day. The button rattles are not a big deal. I use a mini vivi, full vivi, evod and j-tanks. Here's my unit with a tapered spacer and vivi nova.

I ordered from got vapes... thinking of getting an express kit so that i have two.. better wait and see if i like this one first. although i have heard no bad remarks yet... right now i have 2 triton 650s, no real complaints on it, i just got my vision spinner the other day. but then i came down with vapors tongue so wasnt able to do much with it. i really like the look of this itaste... doesnt look so much like a toy.

I have the express kit from GotVapes and yesterday after using the iClear 16 then going back to Mini Protank it had no vape nor would it shut off with the 3 clicks. I put in a ticket with GotVapes and a fast reply to send it back with a note. For some reason I had a feeling the iClear 16 with the 510 threading might have pushed down the fire pin enough and screwed it up. I took a pen knife out and apparently moved the fire pin up. I tried the 3 clicks off and it went off and 3 clicks went back on. I put my Mini Protank back on and sure enough it was working once again. The iClear 16 is now sitting in the trash.

I don't think it's a good idea to go back and forth with a 510 and then a Ego as it may push down your fire pin. Now I use my Mini Protanks and Evods without any issue. The 3.0 lasts me about 8 hrs of what I consider heavy vaping. I have my Joye C-Twists as backups, but I am considering another iTaste 3.0.

I could have saved $10.00 by ordering from FastTech, but the super fast service from GotVapes was well worth the extra money.

Good information! thanks for sharing. Yes i am considering ordering my second from fasttech as well.
And my plan is to use my vision spinner as a back up... my halo tritons for things like the beach, the park... place i might lose or ruin. That's the plan anyway. I have the iclear10s tanks with mine.. i really like the square and looks easy to fill. I also like the kanger T2's with my spinner and was thinking with the itaste from the express kit, i could use eithor or...

I just recieved my vv3.0 about a week ago. Im pretty new to all of this. I started out with an evod kanger starter kit and bought the itaste as my first mod. Im enjoying it a great deal so far. Im using it with one of the 5 iclear 16s it came with. Im vaping at 10 watts and 3.8 volts. Nice hit and nice vapor. I ve switched recently from a 50/50 mix to a 80vg/20pg mix with an extra shot of flavor because of the increase in vg. All Ive ever used is iclears and evod heads. Id like to try another type of head. Mabey a carto ? Something with lower resistance mabey so I can come down on the watts.

Suggestions for settings , tips for lr heads and tips for more vapor would be greatly appreciated. Carto?

Ive been able to cut down a great deal on analogs since I started vaping , but im ready to stop completely. I have found a good liquid to vape , im just looking for that throat hit and heavy vapor. Mabey im reachin , but im fed up with analogs and love vaping but im still learning folks. Please bear with me .

i cut back down significantly.. mabye down to 7. i thought the throat hit and vapor had to do with the juice? i do notice that certain juices i get mad vape. and others not so much. i'd say you prolly want to stick with top coils. evod is bottom coil. and in my experience not as much throat hit. I'm having luck with kanger t2 but honestly like the kanger t4 better for the throat hit.. it just has to be topped off more. different hit for sure. i'd reccomend those for sure. good luck... ps i also have the evod, kanger t3s, iclear 16

I have the iTaste-VV-3 and was told to be only concerned with the watts as the iTaste-VV-3 will adjust the volts. You seemed to have adjusted both. So I'm confused again.

Per your question I went from the Evods to the ProTank mini's and use my Evods on occasion.
