Sorry - I misread somewhere where it said that it was polycarbonate...
The best clue as to what the plastics are is to look for a cloudy color. The perfectly clear see right through plastics are 'USUALLY' pc (not always but usually) ..........and the ones that are not really clear or a cloudy color to them are usually pp. :) That's most of the time how you can tell if there's no description with a tank :)

and no need to say you're sorry honey :)

Same here with my tanks, I heard it was problematic for RBA's, excluding the Kayfun.
I've seen some amazingly beautiful PV stands and tank holders around the forum, but I don't have anything like that  so everything gets layed down on it's side  never had trouble with the SRT though, I can say that

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the product description from the original Hyper SRT (much of the same applies)

Introducing the GotVapes Hyper SRT™ II - Self Rebuildable Tank, manufactured by SMOKtech (aka/marketed by SMOKtech as the VIVI Tank).

This is a Genesis style tank atomizer setup that allows you to change wick and coil to your own preference in both material used and coil resistance. The clear PC tube comes off easily (it is best to attach to a battery first and then remove mouthpiece and wiggle tube off) yet provides a good seal with snug gasketing. Once removed you have access to the top portion of the tank (which is separated from the lower juice reservoir by a gasketed metal plate)). Installign coil/wick replacements is made easy with a new spring-loaded system!

The Hyper SRT II comes precoiled and wicked from the factory floor as a courtesy to the builder but the coil is not WARRANTIED in any way as this unit is for the advanced user that should have a good knowledge of building their own coils. Most Tanks of this kind do not include coil or wick, the user is generally required to provide their own. The included coil may not be attached or may be broken, if the user decides to use it they may need to adjust for best performance. Most often that might entail tightening the coil around the wick so that it is making proper contact with the wicking and can then vaporize your juice. The resistance wire that it is installed with is 2.5ohms. You are also provided 3 more coil/wick combos at various resistances.

You can fill through the plate holes where the wickign goes into the juice reservoir or you can turn Your PV upside down and wiggle the tubing down enough to where you can fill with your juice bottle directly (Chris shows this method, which is the easiest and quickest, in the video below - please remember this video centers around the older Hyper SRT, we will have an updated video soon)

bumpity bump :D

oh wow, those look great. with the nice metallic caps and the clouded plastic tanks it looks as good as a true rebuildable. Does anybody know if you get a 2nd plug for 1 of the wick holes for if you plan to use a vertical steel wick? Or would you need the 2nd wick hole for airflow anyway? I'll order one of these and find out for myself if no one has the answers :p These look fantastic GV, another neat-o accessory.

why is there a carto on my mod right now???

You had to say that, didn't you?

Other than cost the only reason I wasn't getting an RBA was because of the lay down issue.

I need to exert some self control :).

Don't know if anyone has received one yet, but when you do... Are these still feeding air up from the base? Or is there a hole in the top cap?

Got mine today, checked 'er out n filled 'er up ! SWEET !!

Wally, no there is no hole in the top cap. The drip tip that came with it was not one of my favorite kinds  so I took it off an any of my regular 510's fit right in nicely :D This thing vapes BEAUTIFULLY ! Very nice smooth draw, loads of vapor, great tastes of my juices. The tank itself is very light in weight which for 'me' is a BIG PLUS !!! Comes apart much easier then the first SRT model and goes back together real nice as well. The pre-installed wick that came on it was posta be a 2.5ohm ? Well, it came in at 2.1ohm on my provari. I've been vaping this for awhile now and so far no dry hits, no burnt tastes, and laying it down have no leaking what so ever

I WILL be buying more of these

Received mine in the mail today and loving it! I've been rebuilding Vivi Nova heads for a while now and enjoying that but now I'll be using the SRT II. I think it outperforms my Vivi. Loving the perfect draw!
I'm with you on loving it's draw and taste :D I've been vaping this all day since about noon and it hasn't changed one bit, still vaping beautifully. Still no dry hits, still no leaks any wheres, easy to fill. Just plain ole Lovin it ! :D
