It does seem that i am at that 3 week point then, god.... how to prepare for it in 3 months? I have no idea! I spose Ill just chain vape.
Based on the above comments though, getting a tight chest that feels similar to when I had a heavy night on the fags, is certainly happening to me. Is that the nicotine/PG/VG or colourings? If i go up to 24mg does that mean I'm increasing my addiction to nicotine? And is it hard to go back to 18mg?
I sort of visualise doing that like increasing your smoking habit from 20-30 a day for a week and then trying to cut down...hard to do!!
I don't know. I swear there should be a users guide to Ecigs written, using info on this forum...how helpful a summary of all these issues would be! I shall now look at Freedomsmoke USA and hope they post to OZ!

24mg nicotine is considered HIGH level nicotine...I run 18mg now, your body will tell you when you have had enough..LISTEN TO IT..if you get lightheaded or dizzy...stop vaping for a few hours

I vape 1 mg nic 99% of the time. When the cravings and rough times come I vape 6 mg. I have no trouble dropping back to 1 mg when they pass. In fact for the longest time I vaped 6 mg first thing in the morning with my coffee every morning then 1 mg the rest of the day.

The heavy chest. I got that on very high vg juices. Dropped down to 60 pg/40 vg and no longer have that. Everyone has to find the blend in juices that works for them. I make my own juices so I have the advantage of more control over what is in it but some shops do let you have more control like Mt Baker. You can choose your own nic levels and PG/VG ratio just make a note in the comments section. :)

Going up in nic does not get you more addicted. It just helps for when you really need to settle that cig dragon.
Nicotine by itself is not as addicting as something like the MAOI'S that are found in cigarettes.
Like Myranny said, it is not difficult to drop the nic level down, in stages. I've gone from 24mg when I first started, to 18 then 15 then 12 and I'm now at 9mg.

What's great about the ecig, you can do it at your own pace. If you even want to at all. There's no set rule of how YOU should do it. The main thing is to get away from that smoking monkey that we've been unable to with other methods.
