There are acutally no lies in this Walrus. Your real name which is what the dispute was filed under had no mention of "Walrus", this forum, or your order number. I had no idea who the dispute was even coming from other than your real name.

As to the shipping tracking number... It's common practice for the USPS tracking site to take a day or two to update its information. We do not print shipping labels until an actual order is packed up and ready to ship.

Sorry you feel that you have been "Lied" to but I can assure you that is not the case. Please contact me personally if you have anymore questions as this thread is not the proper place.

Try harder. My order was PLACED through Paypal. The dispute was LINKED to the original transaction, which is LINKED to the email address I kept using to correspond with you. An email address btw, which starts with WALRUS.

You didn't print the label until 11:57pm March 23rd. That too, is linked in Paypal since you use them for your shipping labels. It does take a few days to update shipping info... it would take a few days to show when it was delivered. The date/time that the label was printed however, is there. There is no way it could have shipped on Saturday. That my friend is what is called a 'LIE'.

This thread is EXACTLY the proper place. Everyone needs to know that you are more about lying to protect your profits than actually servicing your customers.

This is completely insane Walrus... Tell me where on your paypal transaction there is ANY record of your order number, NOWHERE.

We do not do the shipping through PAYPAL either, we have an account with Stamps.com... I have to manually input the shipping information into PAYPAL for the dispute. It is required so that PAYPAL has the information they need to resolve the dispute. I have been doing business for a long time and your conspiracy theory is just plain wrong.

Additionally, I ask that you stop posting incorrect information about our paypal account. We are a verified business merchant account and have been doing business with paypal since 2003. I'm more than happy to share that information with anyone.

The truth is you are digging deep to create a conspiracy theory about our business. The truth is that we have been doing business for almost a year now, longer than any other supplier on this forum. The truth is we receive hundreds of orders a day and sometimes mistakes are made. The truth is we are honest people selling a product that we beleive is very beneficial. The truth is we re-invest our profits into the research and development of e-cigs for the greater cause and continually try to figure out ways to improve them. The truth is we gladly refunded your money but had a couple of questions regarding what your order number was and who we were actually talking to through paypal.

The truth is I'm really sick of the accusations you have made against our company and the BS you feel you need to post on these forums.

I do not post on these forums often b/c of stuff like this. It is a lose/lose situation for us. The bottom line is we ALWAYS resolve any customer complaints/issues. It may not happen in a matter of minutes like most people would prefer but it does happen.

Then why were those questions NEVER asked? The entire transcription is there for everyone to see.

It seems like for most of the folks around here, it doesn't happen in a matter of weeks.

Hmm yeah I have been trying to figure out how good/bad their service is. Hope by the time I end up ordering Janty these issues will be resolved.

I posted earlier that I was having a problem getting my refund. Just wanted to let everyone know that I did receive my refund yesterday.

Did you have to file a dispute with Paypal first?

I got a couple PM responses, but just when I thought everything was going to be resolved...nothing, no response. Finally gave up and went to bed. I'm really a can't we just work this out person. Why all the drama? But I'm wondering if filing a dispute is the only way to get a real resolution?

Is it correct to assume that the majority of these complaints in this thread are about the dura-c atomizer being white? and not from failing Janty parts? I have read a lot of the thread but not all of it.

Well, it seems to pass from problem to problem. We are now on the 200th post...it probably started out as something else and evolved to this point. Janty seems to be having some serious issues right now....so you never know what might pop up next :|

If you put Janty in the search box, you'll see what I mean.

The FREE 2nd DURA atomizer that comes without warranty and which we add to the sets (in case something should happen to your black atomizer during the warranty period) is white JANTY branded indeed. It serves as back up while your black one is being replaced. Thanks for the suggestion of a black one without logo but other suppliers might hold that against us :( Let me check if we could print something else on the spare ones in the future whilst keeping them black.

I think the issue with the "FREE" 2nd atomizer is that your site simply said the following:

Note, it says nothing about the second atomizer being any type of free or special addition. It simply says 2 atomizers. This is what people expected to receive.
I personally am not overly concerned about it as Jeff has helped me out with my original Dura, but I think from a customer service standpoint you may want to consider a swap for those that might feel stronger about it.

Wow, after reading this thread, and the massacre on the blacklist forum regarding dietsmokes and parked's relationship with Janty, you can be sure I will never order from either company.
Never say "Never" ...
I personally , don't get exited by this thread or others. and I will by from both.
