Try harder. My order was PLACED through Paypal. The dispute was LINKED to the original transaction, which is LINKED to the email address I kept using to correspond with you. An email address btw, which starts with WALRUS.
You didn't print the label until 11:57pm March 23rd. That too, is linked in Paypal since you use them for your shipping labels. It does take a few days to update shipping info... it would take a few days to show when it was delivered. The date/time that the label was printed however, is there. There is no way it could have shipped on Saturday. That my friend is what is called a 'LIE'.
This thread is EXACTLY the proper place. Everyone needs to know that you are more about lying to protect your profits than actually servicing your customers.
This is completely insane Walrus... Tell me where on your paypal transaction there is ANY record of your order number, NOWHERE.
We do not do the shipping through PAYPAL either, we have an account with Stamps.com... I have to manually input the shipping information into PAYPAL for the dispute. It is required so that PAYPAL has the information they need to resolve the dispute. I have been doing business for a long time and your conspiracy theory is just plain wrong.
Additionally, I ask that you stop posting incorrect information about our paypal account. We are a verified business merchant account and have been doing business with paypal since 2003. I'm more than happy to share that information with anyone.
The truth is you are digging deep to create a conspiracy theory about our business. The truth is that we have been doing business for almost a year now, longer than any other supplier on this forum. The truth is we receive hundreds of orders a day and sometimes mistakes are made. The truth is we are honest people selling a product that we beleive is very beneficial. The truth is we re-invest our profits into the research and development of e-cigs for the greater cause and continually try to figure out ways to improve them. The truth is we gladly refunded your money but had a couple of questions regarding what your order number was and who we were actually talking to through paypal.
The truth is I'm really sick of the accusations you have made against our company and the BS you feel you need to post on these forums.
I do not post on these forums often b/c of stuff like this. It is a lose/lose situation for us. The bottom line is we ALWAYS resolve any customer complaints/issues. It may not happen in a matter of minutes like most people would prefer but it does happen.
