Bummer. (insert stronger language here)

I LOVE JC flavors (TC, Kona, and Chocolate Almond) and vape VG.

Take away my Kona and Choc Almond and my VG?? I'm a very sad panda.

I'm with you about the Choc Almond and VG. I just ordered a couple bottles a few weeks ago and I would certainly have stocked up on Choc Almond had I known they were going to quit making it. Very sad day indeed. :(

Awww,,, maybe you'll find something you like even better. :)

I can't seem to pull the trigger on Johnson Creek. There are so many good vendors who really make buying fun, Like Drew at Nhaler, or Good Prophet, or Rocky Mt Vapor,,, Johnson Creek seems kind of disconnected.

I was going to buy some, but two bottles came to $54,,, that's with thier big sale...

I took a pass.

Thanks Harmony.. Choc Almond became my fave these past few weeks. Love the Pina Colada that Drew sells over at Nhaler but it only comes in PG. Very tastey treat but I can't vape it all day as its a bit too sweet.

I sent JC an email and told them I wasn't a happy camper. Who knows, maybe if enough people contact them they might change their minds. :D

I too love their Kona and Choc Almond flavors. Does their new Peach taste like the Peach Cobbler? I think JC needs to explain if these replacements are anything like the Kona and that truffles is it suppose to be like the Choc Almond. I recently got another Choc almond in 15ml and thank goodness a Kona 30ml, but if I knew they were going to stop making them I could have stocked up. If would have been nice to let us know ahead of time that the flavors were changing.

what part of "sensitivity to pg" don't they understand? Cutting it by 30% isn't going to help. I get sick from a few drops of Lorann's with pg in it. This is bs. I've defended them, recommended them, and purchased 120ml+ from them for months and now they are going to sell what everyone else already has? If my latest order comes in any pg, they are getting it back and I won't shop there again, whether they get vg later or not. It's bad enough you can't depend on your e-cig, but now you can't count on your juice to not give you hives either. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

They are supposedly having a sale 15% at the moment until sunday at noon cst. But for what they are charging for shipping, I dont see much savings. I was about to order almost $100 dollars of product and the shipping charges were close to $20 for a usps envelope. A usps envelope is supposed to be a $5 flat fee. I think their marketing practices are a little deceptive. All that being said, and after I wrote them a nasty message, I will still put my order through because with their "15 off" should just about barely pay for their exaggerated shipping charges. but this will be my last order from them.

Ok I have to take back what I said in my previous post (kinda). I played with their shipping calculator a bit and noticed that If I added one more bottle to my order, the shipping dropped to around $11 but if I subtracted a bottle the shipping dropped down to $8 and some change. Something is still funky here and they need to work out the bugs.

I'm with you. We VG users might be a small segment of their customer base, but we are fairly captive. Nothing against the other non-PG juices out there, but JC is my favorite. They are rich, full-bodied, complex, rather and single note and flat.

I'm trying to go easy on them. Obviously they sell more PG so they are going to do R&D and release the new formula there. Makes business sense. I do wish they had skipped the mix and gone straight to VG. I really wish they would return emails.

they answered mine:
"We didn’t get rid of our Non-PG recipe, we’re simply reformulating it to match our completely tobacco free recipes of PG and Reduced PG. It will be back soon! The order that was shipped to you on 7/10 was our old recipe made as Non-PG. Your old account will be migrated over to our new system in about 3 weeks. Of course we want your business, which is why we continue to work very hard to perfect our new Non-PG recipe. We could have released a Non-PG recipe that wasn’t up to our standards and the standards of our customers, just to say we had one. But that’s not the way we do business. The Non-PG will be back soon, hang tight!"

So has anyone had any "old troubles" with their new stuff? (I just got done reading all those threads when I saw this...)

Too early to tell as it just came out. They sent me a bottle about a month ago before it was released as a beta tester and I have scene no issues so far.-----------Sun

Man this sucks. I've been wanting to try the Chocolate Almond Decadence forever and never did. I finally put down the analogs the other day and decided to try the sampler pack for some stronger flavors. I went ahead and ordered it anyways, then read this thread.

The Tennessee Cured sounds interesting but I'm not really a fan of the tobacco flavors. I hope the peach is good.

It was nice to get the sampler pack at a discount, but the $11.88 I'm paying for shipping kind of ruined it.

The following was posted on their website

Shipping Cost Issues:
We’ve heard some feedback that a small number of customers are seeing unusually high shipping costs from the USPS. This seems to be a product and zip code combination issue that’s causing an error. We assure you it was not our intention to raise shipping costs (they in fact are not being raised at all). The remedy we put in place should already be correcting the issue. In the mean time, our team has already been combing through orders issuing credits on any effected orders and will continue to do so. While we work to cover every order, please send us an email if you believe your USPS shipping charge was higher than usual. Include your 10-digit order number (xxxxx-xxxxx) and your full name in an email to the temporary address we’ve set up: shippingcredits@johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com. One of our team members will look at your order and respond as soon as possible.

Just checked my email, and apparently they found mine and fixed it without my even knowing there was the possibility of an error or having to contact them. Good job on their part, imo :)

"You may have noticed your shipping cost was a little high on your recent order. Our team has identified your order as one that was overcharged for delivery. This wasn't because of a raise in prices, but instead, an error when our website was communicating with the USPS computers. We apologize for any inconvenience. We've just issued a credit and shortly you should see it return to your account.
We believe the problem has been corrected in the short term and are still working to rectify it completely. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy your order.
Thanks a bunch,
The Team at Johnson Creek Original Smoke Juice"
