Got the PM. Thanks Jon. This is going to be awesome!!

I don't know if you read my post a page or 2 back, but if you have button clearance problems on the GLV, you can run a mega carto in the regular tank. You just have to cut the slot higher up on the carto. The extra carto sticking out the bottom will make a nice extension with the bonus of holding a little more juice.

That's great. I was starting to wonder about it. Sounds like I have options. You also mention we can also convert to the CE2's?

Hi Jon. I sent you a PM.
Move over boys, I'm sharing the ride! Think I just scored me a Grape Fury. WooHoo!

Yes you did riverwinds!!! You got the last one out of this bunch. I didn't buy any grape fury last weekend, but I did buy some really nice stuff and I've already been turning it up. Wait til you see these gems. (Insert suspenseful music here)

Yep, on the reg carto tank just save a section of your cut-off ce2 tubing approx 5/8" long. Put the ce2 in the bottom cap, put the silicone cup on, then slide your left-over tubing over the silcone cup just up to the wicks.Fill it up to just below the ceramic cup. DON"T fill over the tube or you'll flood the ce2. Make sure your leftover tube is centered up and pop the top on. It's somewhat similar to what the original MAP tanks had, except the tube doesn't come through the top cap, it's just contained by it. I want to get some picks up of all the set ups, but I'm having too much fun turning the next batch up. This material is so cool!!! It's like Christmas present's, you never know what you're going to get until the lathe shuts off.

I had a boo-boo tonight. One of the prettiest tanks had an accident, and it's gonna be just a bit shorter, so I'll be offering it up as a second at a reduced price. It will function perfectly, but it's just gonna be shorter. I was mad too, because I only bought one piece of the material and it looks wicked!!! ETA on the next batch will be Sat or Sun. I'm going to do the second operation Sat morning. Op 3 and 4 go pretty quickly. I'll be able to rob a bank after I get done polishing as my fingerprints will be gone. :( I don't machine polish these, I hand polish each and every one.

It will fit a carto or a ce2. I just make everything for a ce2 and modify them if a someone wants a carto tank. If in the future anybody wants to upgrade from a ce2 to a carto/ce2 tank, I'll modify them for free, just throw me a couple of bucks for shipping and include both caps and the large ce2 tank. They'll come back ready to run a regular length carto or a regular length ce2.

Did the tanks look better in person Capt.? I don't think the camera shows how much is "going on" inside them.

Hey Jon,
Just got my Grasshopper & Copper Haze. Spectacular. Will this "prettiest" tank that had an accident fit a carto? Either way, if you say it's the one, I'm interested. Keep me in mind.
Thanks again for all your hard work and artistry.

If you turn them under light, the depth & change in color is remarkable. The shots you posted were good, but as you say, don't do them justice. I will take precision, quality and attention to detail over any competing option. Now having 3 of your tanks, I'm convinced beyond any doubt you make the finest ones period (I have most of the others). I wonder if you've given any thought to a purpose built "@work" tank. I like relaxing with my tanks at home, but I really need one that can survive my (Firefighter/Paramedic) day. I'd love to have one I can throw in my pocket and not worry about all while being somewhat tacti-cool. Food for thought.
Thanks again Jon. I'll be stailking the "prettiest".
