Now I am upset. Or mad.
The reason that I am upset, is that I think I was not properly prepared for the shock and intense reaction that I was going to have when I opened the mail today and gazed upon my first Lava tank (charitably sold to me by my new best friend Dino).
I think there should be some responsibility on the part of the Lavacorps to adequately prepare the newbies for the reality of seeing one of these for the first time.
Sure I have heard the common comments like "pictures do not do it justice" or "they look way better in person" I have read the glowing reviews by SD where she in her wonderful way describes how much she loves them. I have probably mentioned one time too many what a gifted writer she it. But to be honest, even she did not do it justice.
I came home, and fed my pooch all while the box sat there. I had to feed him first as he was driving me nuts. I then opened the box and saw the cartos (pre-punched for me). I began to unwrap the tiny little perfectly packaged gift. The lights were off, so I turned them on.
I swear it started to glow. Holy s___t This is f___reaking amazing I said. Then I became upset. Why didn't anyone tell me how MUCH better this was in person? I cannot believe no one properly prepared me for just how cool this tank is!!
Ok, so maybe it is not really your responsibility. Maybe I have to take responsibility for my own actions. At the very least you guys could have said something like be sure not to open while driving. Or make sure you are not holding anything sharp when you open it, because you might drop it in your lap and severely hurt yourself.
I am just saying that it was shocking. It truly is so much more impressive in person than I could have ever imagined, and now and only now can I fully understand why there is the devoted frenzy every three weeks like there is. Of course now this puts even more pressure on me to try to score more in the future. Great, like I needed even more stress.
DISCLAIMER. This post is intended to be funny, witty or something to that effect. Please take it as such. I think I am funny, but can totally understand if you do not. It is not serious. I repeat not serious. I am not actually mad at anyone and I love this tank.

TUC I so want one of your mods now! I can't decide which one. They all look awesome. I know I want something small for when I'm out and about. I think they are the best kept secret around.

I got my Provari back from Fran today and it is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the pictures.As soon as I get my patriotic swirl tank trade in the mail I'll take pictures and show it off again.
Great post Ob. Glad you finally have one so you can see for yourself what the what the rest of us have come to call the best tank on the market.
I have 4 mods from ecigworkshop and they can't be beat for the price or the customer service. I have 3 short 18650s and one tall 18650. Love them all
