I haven't used up the rba yet, so...

If there was a way to get the longer shaft that comes with the rba in there it might work better

What the hell is that thing for?

I scanned the little manual back when I opened it, however on the Horizontal side it says...

"Attention: When using the Horizontal rba head, please apply extended vent pipe."

Typo? Poor proofreading? Shouldn't that thing go through a vertical coil? o_O
Does it sit in the RBA, or extend up toward the DT?

This little thing is tiny!! Just brought it to work & sat it on my desk and it is as short, yet far thinner than a Nauty Mini on an istick mini.

Cute! Both of them. :)

Maybe I should have ordered the red and white. I chose black and white but that red looks good. "Expected Delivery Day: Thursday, April 7, 2016" is still up but mail has run and no AIO. Last update, left WA on the 4th.
I hope they haven't lost my little mod. :(

Wow, the AIO has dropped in price again on some sites. At least I won't have to feel bad about replacing it if I happen to lose it. I'm still using the stock coil in the RBA head. Rebuilding it seems like it might be a little tricky... the thing is so small and I already suck at rebuilding. I do have small hands so I'll give it at least one try before I give up lol. The drip tip was difficult for me to remove but with some force, I took it out and am using the glass piece now. I also tried a narrow bore drip tip (I think maybe an older model Kayfun tip?) but it didn't close up the air enough, so now I just use it as a lung hitter. I'm eying that iJust Start Plus as well. Ahhh.. I really really shouldn't though... but I'm considering it if this one is more of a mouth to lung than the AIO is.

It's nice to see all these simple stick mods coming out at more affordable prices. I tried to get my friend into vaping and she has already lost 3 of her e-cigs and she is still on the stinkies. Maybe I can convince her to buy a carton of AIOs so she can lose one every other week and still have a device to use.

No that's not a typo but I think it's only for the Cubis. The top cap, where the airflow is, comes apart and the vent can be unscrewed and replaced. It's longer so it would be closer to the horizontal coil allowing better airflow.

Thanks.
I don't have a Cubis so I can't even guess at the physical differences.

The vertical is ok, good vapor and flavor, haven't tried building a vertical yet though only re wrapping it. I prefer horizontal, verticals always taste a bit burnt to me.
Are you have rebuild the horizontal? How many ohm it is? I want to buy rba base, but i afraid if the ohm too low the mod could be broke.

and is anyone know, maximum ampere that can be handled by this mod is how much? i want to try build 0.4 ohm rba base resistance. Is it possible to use?

I can't seem to get a good horizontal build, there isn't much vapor, built about .8 ohms. I'll probably try again tonight.

No worries...
It has "low res" protection and a minimum of 0.3.
A reviewer tried the new Notch coil and got the 3 Blink warning... it's 0.25.

Too bad... I'll be trying those coils, just not in the AIO.

Has anyone else been experiencing more spitback from the 0.5 coils? At first I thought it was because I recently refilled my tank, and when using the 0.6 coils it was normal spitback on the first few puffs. But the 0.5 are creating quite a bit more spitback, even when my juice is almost empty.
Well I guess the spiral driptip has it uses afterall :p

Ok, so I have had the Aio (All in one) in my hand for a day now, so I can give it an initial review:

View attachment 539004 View attachment 539005 View attachment 539006

First impression, the pictures don't do justice to how small the mod really is. It feels tiny. My first thought was "great mod to slip in the pocket for going out for the evening"

Included in the package is the mod, 2 drip tips (more on that later), 2 .6 ohm coils, charging cable, warranty card and instruction manual with multiple languages.
The controls are fairly straight forward, so the instructions are pretty short. 5 clicks for on/off, and for LED color change, with mod off, long press the button until it lights up, then short press to cycle through colors...once the color you want is lit up, let it alone till it shuts down (a few seconds), turn mod back on with 5 clicks, and your new color is set (stealth/off is an option).

The "tank" portion is almost identical in set up to the Cubis, except for the "child safety" which works much like some medicine bottles....you push down on it while turning to open...so far it has opened without hassle for me every time, which is a good thing, because a "sub ohm" coil in a tank as small as this, it requires filling often for a chain vaper like myself. On top of the tank is a nice feature, it has two dots, when both dots are lined up, it means airflow is fully open.

Drip tips....It comes with two, the one pre installed has a strange spiral air path built in, the other is a standard wide bore.
The one pre installed....I simply did not like. I understand the theory behind it, it is SUPPOSED to increase flavor, but in my tests, I got both much better flavor and airflow from the standard tip, but both are included, so either way you are set.

The .6 ohm coil......in design, it is much closer to the MTL coils for the cubis, including the air restrictor. Flavor was quite good from it however, almost as good as the cubis clapton MTL coil head. I am using a 70/30 vg/pg juice, and haven't had any wicking problems.
But if you are a direct to lung vaper, you will want to pick up the more open .5 ohm cubis coils. I am currently running one of those in it, and it works just fine (vapor production and airflow is better on the .5 ohm cubis coil, flavor production is better on the .6 ohm coils that came with the Aio).

I haven't done a battery life test yet, but don't expect it to last all day with a sub ohm coil installed...but I was able to get through two tanks without any need to charge indicator.

Pros: Small (tiny!) easy to use, all in one package...user friendly....anyone can use this. Decent vapor production and great flavor on the included coils. Compatible with cubis coils.

Cons: I have had the button stick on me a couple of times in the "on/fire" position. A quick tap on the fire button unstuck it easily. Could be due to being a vendor sample....tolerances tend to be more exact on production models then on the sample units, but it is something to be aware of.
I would also like to see a larger version that has a larger tank for the sub ohm users.

Great review, quick question. The picture looks like you got the "silver" one. If so can you tell me if its PAINTED silver, or a bare metal?

Reason I ask, is I plan on getting one to play with as I have so many MTL coils that came with my 4 Cubis tanks, those I mostly use with TC coils. Thought this would be fun to play with, Vape those MTL coils and make it a real "beater mod". Therefore I'm not going to baby such an inexpensive mod, and just want to throw it in a pocket, along with keys and coins. Figured BARE METAL would be a good choice to avoid excessive paint scratching to at least hold up the finish better.

If your sample is not the "silver" one, maybe someone else can answer. THANKS!

Some updated thoughts on mine- It's growing on me. It gives a pretty solid vape for the price. The coils seem to be lasting a good long while. No real flooding or spitting, which is a big plus for me. I'm still not sure about the flavor, but since sticking with non-fruits, it's been better.

I've noticed that the paint finish is wearing fast though. I have the all black one, and have only had it in my pocket; no drops or anything...and it looks like it's been through the wringer. I think it's just my keys scratching it. So fyi for those that are keeping it in a pocket, you may want to put it in your non-keys one. No biggie though, again for the price.

The button has become a bit finicky, and won't always fire. I'll think it's off and on and have to cycle 5 clicks each way to figure it out. I'll then realize it was initially on and just didn't fire. A bit of a pain.

I'm still not sure if I'd give this to someone to help quit smoking, but I think it's officially worth the price as a backup. It's just nice to have something for quick trips, and not really worry about losing it etc.

Has anyone seen these Cubis Notch coils? I wonder how well these would work in the AIO.
NotchCoil For Cubis by JoyeTech - Coming Soon / Pre-Order - New Arrivals

I think I saw someone try that in one of the new reviews with the coil and it didn't work. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure.

They DO NOT work in the AIO.

The AIO has a 0.3 ohm minimum, and the first release Notch coils are 0.25.
Tested and proven... the AIO just 3 blinks a low res alert.
Perhaps a later, higher res coil, but these first ones do not work.

I will check these out, they look great... just not in the AIO.
