I have the Ego ONE 1100 battery and it is going into my pocket during work days. Also have Ijust 2 and it is in the backpack for use during lunch time. Venti battery is at home.

Yeah... Judging by the size of the Drip Tip and that the Vid said it had a 2ml Tank, I'm guessing that the Battery is a 16mm.
I wonder if it has some VW though? Or perhaps, if it is Regulated to a Fixed Voltage?

Sorry for late reply...Hey Tao, yes about the taste I forgot to mention that a fresh coil will also add a different taste to flavour in the begging until it settles down, maybe oxidation is taking place or something like that from the wire working with e-liquid. I don't know how it can be explained but I know I get it and for me it lasts during the first 10-15 puffs;for others not at all, others more. Happens with both nichrome and kanthal for me.
About dry burning the stock coil, it doesn't sound right really. Most of any coils will tend to accumulate more heat in the middle and afterwards heat moves towards the extremes. What about the head you coiled yourself, is it the same behavior?
If the wire is not touching the inner walls you should get an even glow. Like in this photo
I think the uneven coil heating was mostly due to gunk building up, but sometimes due to a hotspot. As I dry-burn I can normally see the other turns starting to glow more evenly as the gunk gets burnt off. Sometimes brushing the coil with a tweezer instantly fixes the issue - I presume this is when there was a hotspot.
As for the nice caramel taste I was getting with my eroll, but not with my ego one - I've just got an evic vtc mini (my first VW device) and instantly found that if I turn the watts up too high I get the nice caramel taste back! So after a bit of googling I found this interesting thread:

My order of eGo ONE CLR Heads from Fasttech (
) was Lost in transit. So I Ordered some from Sweet-Vapes.
They arrived Today and I just Rebuilt one using 28ga NiChrome 80 @ .7 Ohms x 2.5mm Diam.
Not very hard to Build them. And the Hit is Better (to me) than the either the .5 or the 1.0 Ohm Pre-Made Heads.
Would Definitely recommend them to Anyone using an eGo One Atomizer.

Ego ONE CT (19mm, 1100 or 2200mah) has some sort of preset TC modes in either TI or NI. Third mode is Wattage.
Ego ONE VT (22mm 2300mah) has variable TC in TI or NI and variable Wattage.

The Kamry X6 Plus 18650/18350 and the Mini all look like very Nice units. The problem I have is I Can't find any information about the type of Coil Heads the Tank uses?
The Coils look like they have the same Connector as an eGo One coil head. And the Body of the Coil looks to be about the Same length/diameter as the eGo One. Just can't tell for sure by a picture.
It is Hard for Anyone to buy a Mod/Tank set-up if they don't know where to get Replacement Coils. Or if the Replacement Coils are even available?
I don't know if eGo One coil heads are compatible but if you look up some early youtube reviews of the X6 Plus, the tank and coil heads generally get a thumbs down but the battery gets a thumbs up once the reviewers put alternative tanks on it. One reviewer said he told Kamry the heads are no good and they are 'looking into it'.

What I can't figure out is if the reviewer Doesn't like eGo One Coils or Not. Because if the Reviewer doesn't like eGo One coils, and the Kamry use eGo One Coils, then it sounds like Reviewer Isn't going to like the Kamry X6 Tank.
Maybe it is Me? But how can a company like KamryTech release a product like the X6 Plus and not say what type of Coils it uses? Or release the Replacement Coils at the Same Time as they release the Mod/Tank Kit?
I mean, what do they Expect people to do? Rush out and Buy a Mod/Tank kit when there are No Replacement Coils Available?
I bought X6 Plus 18350 Mod/Tank from GearBest for $23. It's Slowly making its way to the USA as I type this. I guess if the Tank doesn't take eGo One Coils, or I can't make it Work with eGo One Coils, I'll just chuck the Tank in the "Bone Yard" drawer of my desk. And have a $23 Mod to show for my efforts.
Which is Fine. But I wouldn't have Rolled the Dice on this Mod/Tank if it was more than $23.
My guess is that they are saying that the x6 plus coils are not as good as the eGo One coils.

Yes good point. Maybe it does take the eGo One heads but Kamry are not promoting this as they want people to use their version.
We will know Sometime next week. Because that is when my 18350 X6 Plus Kit should arrive.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But if the eGo One coils Don't work, at least I will have an 18350 Mod to show for my Efforts.
Now I am curious awaiting your report. The tank seem nice and it is clear glass which I like. If it holds 4 ml, that is good enough for me too.
