Tried it. Didn't work... I can still build on it. They really should make them available for purchase seperately. I like it with a dual coil in it, but I don't like it enough to buy another when the ceramic completely breaks. Do you think a Rose ceramic cup would fit?

From the looks of it, the ceramic cup in the Rose has wider juice channels that are spaced farther apart so it likely won't work.

Well. First "issue" I can see: the slits for the wicks to poke out is reaaaaaally skinny.

Got a Kaiser today.
There's bit of a learning curve with this particular atty, I under wicked it and got some flooding but once I got it going properly I have to say that this is a superb device - the airflow is particularly good.

Great flavor and easy enough to drop in a coil, using .45 Kanthal certainly helped because of the stiffness of the wire - I'd recommend this one.

I probably should have done more research on this thing first. Is there any way to fill the unit without using the screw? I really hate needing a screwdriver to refill my tank. What about access to the coils?

Probably worse than the Kayfun for access to the coils and refilling without using the fill port - capacity aint great either but it doesn't seem to be a 'drinker' so I can live with it.

I'm with mixed feelings. Very good airflow design, but too airy at 99% of the possible opened positions, they could punch different diameter airholes in the rest sections of the ring, very nice to have the fill hole on top, but too bad it aways leeks when refilling (even with fully closed airholes and juice control). Very good it is the almost the same size as Kayfun, but too bad it has half the Kayfuns juice capacity. If somebody knows how to remove the airflow control ring, please share.

Killer looking rig. Is that a type of inline voltage monitor.? The black piece in the middle or is that an entire regulated rig?

That looks like the Evic Supreme, which is a 30 watt subohm capable regulated mod. Smok makes something similar called the BEC Pro (I just ordered one). The BEC Pro is a 50 watt subohm capable mod that turns in to a mech mod of sorts when you go below the resistance it's capable of regulating.

Is it possible to fill this thing without leaking a good portion of the juice you're trying to fill it with? I like the performance, but I think it needs more work. Give me easy access to the coils like I have with the Taiofun GT. Let me fill it like the Pontus or Taifun GT. Give me the air flow control like am Ithaka (with more air flow) or a Fogger (with a tighter air flow controller ring). Let the lead wires for the coil go past the screws so I don't have to cut them so precisely. Performance wise, it's better than the Taifun GT clone I have, but it's also much more of a pain to set up. I think flavor is better than the Fogger V4, though the Fogger V4 is more of a fog machine.

I think I got it. The trick seems to be filling it on its side. I'm coming around on this tank. It's the first RTA I've owned that doesn't give me dry hits and never floods (except after filling). It's a bit of a pain to set up, but once you get it together you don't need to take it apart until it's time to rebuild it or change the wick.

Yeah,

Always leaks a bit during refill - needs an air intake on the top to reduce pressure when filling.
Still like it though.

I'm filling it with a needle tip or syringe and still when I finish my hands and the whole atty is in juice, coming out of the air holes. Ones wiped, full and clean it doesn't leak at all! I think it's not really the pressure what causes the leaking and I don't think a second hole will change something, if someone has success eliminating completely the leaking when filling, please share you technique.

Agreed one of my first rba 's chain vaping no dry hits. But still get alittle leak when filling. ..

Are you closing the air holes and filling it on its side? Seems to work for me, as long as I don't press the needle tipped bottle against the opening so air can't escape. I still get some flooding but there's barely any leakage.

I wish you could fill it like a Taifun GT or Pontus.

I've been thinking of leaving the screw out and making a thin gasket to sit inside the lip of the topper.

And yes close air holes when filling.

That's it!
Followed your advice and not one bit of leaking - thanks mate!

for a beginner the fogger can be tricky....but once you get it right, its pretty damned good. i would recommend using rayon in it.
that would make the fogger very wicking friendly.
:vapor:
The fogger V4.1 was my first rba. It took a few You Tube Video's and a trip to my local B&M to double-check my work, but I find the build to be very straightforward. Easy enough now that I have my coil jig! I'm not a sub-ohmer (I know, I just lost my "cool" card) so I build my coils >1.2 Ohms to satisfy my APV cutoff. I use organic cotton and have perfected my wicking skills so that I don't get leaks or burns. I love my Fogger and I am intrigued by this Kaiser. I'm a bit thrown off by the ceramic cup...what is that for? Seems like something to add if you want to use wax or solid material.

I bought this for my cousin and the first build was a pain in the %!$@ but after that not bad. He like the 2 ohm range so I used 30 gauge with 19 wraps on the second to smallest post that came on a jig I bought. Sorry I don't know the size. So two coils with 19 wraps place one in place with the ceramic bowl in place as well then just put the second one next to it. Tightened both post down gave all contacts a little tug to make sure they were set then just adjusted cois to where they look nice and even. Did some cotton wick and it was good to go. The only thing he is having an Issue whith now is it leaks out of the air in take holes. I tried to out more wick to stop as much juice flow and it works for a week but then he starts getting leaks again. We start the juice control chimney snug and then back it of not even a 1/4 turn just enough to get good flavor and not to get dry burns. Any ideas on how to stop the leak? Other than that it seems to he a great tank for a newbie at Eva's.... As long as you have a cousin that like to build at least. But any tips would be great thanks guys.
