really liking my PT2. I don't have the tight draw problems I read about, maybe just slightly tighter than the PT1 but works well for me. makes me think there are some bunk bases that cause the tight draw but who knows. the only minor negatives for me is mine won't fit all the drip tips I have. seems about as tight as my ZAP which is also picky about which tips it can use. also, wish it had a little higher capacity like the puritank. other than that, I think it's a great tank.

My love for PT2 was short, got it after my tryout with Dbox Puritank, air draw is almost as tight as the Puritank, and it doesn't work with my sigelei Zmax V3 (no air flow at all).

On top of that, tried out Anyvape Davide today, great airy draw similar to the PT1.

All and all, I still use my PT2 time to time, I'm sucker for BCC tank, from PT1 to evod, to Puritank, PT2 & now Davide, like/love them all!

I like mine. Been having a slight leaking problem when the tank gets near empty tho.

Same! I've even tried flipping up the silicone piece that goes over the center post of coil unit, swapped bases with my PT1, replaced coil unit, tried 50/50 & 75/25 juices, but it still floods!!! I'm out of ideas :( It's frustrating to have a 2.5ml tank, but only able to use ~1.875 of it before you have to refill it again.

Got mine today for my ego-c, at first the draw was super tight with very little vapor and then I realized it was missing something... the ego thread cover which comes with the PT1 but not the PT2...? This is my only PT so for now I have to loosen the tank from the battery to get a good draw. Wish I would've noticed this before ordering. Doesn't make much sense to include it with the old version and not the new one.

The thread cover is sold seperately, not sure why. They're not expensive though - even at my local B&M it was only $4.

Love my Protank II, but the higher VG juices clogged it! I had to rinse and dry burn and it still didn't FULLY clear it up to how great it was hitting when I first opened it. Use 50/50 Juice ONLY. That would be my recommendation. I guess I will have to change the head now and then buy more.. C'mon inventors come up with something that doesn't clog!! I would still recommend the tank though, easy to take apart and when the draw is good it is GREAT!

Assuming the PT2 is just like the PT1 in that it has multiple flavor wicks (3 I think)? If so...I saw a few YouTube videos that said they recommended removing at least 1 of those wicks to allow more fluid flow. Thicker fluids were getting clogged up (starting at 50/50).

This is disturbing..........any others getting this?

Only time mine have flooded is when I'm outside and the temps are rather warm (as in above 85 degrees). As for finding a bit of liquid on your battery post, that's normal. Just stick a q-tip or paper towel in there to clean things up and vape on.

I expect there to be some liquid on the battery post, but not an overabundance. Dabbing up the liquid was the first thing I tried.

After further/extensive research, it's come to my knowledge that this isnt an uncommon thing *sigh* Oh well. Still love the PT2! Just gotta keep it filled past a 1/4 tank.

I rebuilt my KPTs ver 1 several times and finally got some flavor from them. They dont leak and they vape well. However, loosing the flavor to that cool brass tip was a deal breaker. Haven't vaped on one in 2 months, but I miss the convenience of it.
Is there a noticable difference, as in increased flavor, with the KPT2 over the KPT1, perhaps with a plastic drip tip or even a steel one?

I get a lot of clogs on my tanks due to using usually 80%VG, I found that adding a little diH2O to the mix helps a lot, or vodka (80proof). Just a little, like less than 10% of the total volume. Also for me it opens up the flavor of some juices. Think of adding a single ice cube to a good scotch. Same thing, brings out different flavors, and thins it out abit :)

the protank II was my favorite and go-to tank, that is, until i lightly bumped it today and the inner tube broke at the base o the top threads it screws into. in the process, it cracked the hell out of my glass. so now, the bottom, the top and the glass are broken. only things salvagable from the whole mess are the base ( which didnt break) and the seals out of the top and bottom. love the idea and concept, but for the money, it is my decided opinion at this point that the original protank is much sturdier that the new one. barely bumped it and literally destroyed the whole thing. i dont think im going to buy another.

man, like ive mentioned before, i wish these companies would stop making friggin junk.

That is too bad and too expensive to break that easily. I've dropped mine several times onto hardwood floor and it hasn't damaged it at all. Maybe I've just been lucky or you were awful unlucky. I've seen where several of the glass Divides have broken but yours is the first post I've seen where the PT II has broken. Hopefully they will have the replaceable parts available soon. I haven't been able to find them anywhere yet.

Not sure if it just took me posting about it, or what?!?! But ever since I posted this, it's been working just fine?! The only thing I did was tilted it straight up (no juice touching the coil unit) and fired a hit. Ever since then, I've had no issues with the flooding! *Not sure if that's what really fixed it or not, but I'm just grateful to have a fully functioning PT2 :D lol
