I can't imagine it would go over a hundred tanks or so. If it does then it might take a little longer to do all the cutting and get them all sorted out and sent to everyone but nothing that would be overwhelming.
If it got to be a couple hundred or a few hundred it might become a tall order. If I am underestimating the demand then I'll just have to adjust the timeframe. As long as everyone has what they need when it's all over then I'll be happy

lords33, you see no co-op yet and we have customers lined up, and i know rwechler had a cracked tank also and he was interested also, and it was not he's fault that's how he got it, so i think we should take off with it.
But guys i was telling Lord33 that we should do it with prepaid take a huge order first month see how it goes and then lord33 can order so he's not stuck with them after wards, or what ever lords33 decides since he knows how everything is going to work..... Thanks Lord33 if you can it will be great...... like is said put me down for 3 tanks may be more, because i plan on keeping my katana . Thankssssss

That is not too bad then, only 4 sizes to worry about. Katana, Hybrid Mini and Maxi all use identical tanks. Then one for the mini, one for orion and an unknown size for the line. Once I get the size for the line (maybe hit up van for the right size for that) I can start putting scenarios together for the cost of the co-op. Likely it will be under $2 per tank.
I figure I'd have a signup period for a while, then release a final price for the co-op and request payments at that time. Once payments are made I can order everything cut it all up. Flame polish if needed and finish the bevels then send them out to everyone. If we end up falling between price bands I'll offer up the extras to those who want them and missed the initial signup.

Also... I know this is gonna get flamed... but I am curious about running Nextel wick in the Katana. Thoughts?
It should work with nor problem at all. You'll have to pull some strands to get it to fit, but other than that it should be pretty easy to do.
OK, so the line might be out for this one, it would be a completely different tube all together. If it's not going to be a big deal to get that size tube then it won't be a problem, I just don't want to say it's a go and then not be able to deliver.
