Just a quick update...
Katana is still vaping great with 5/64" airflow hole. Using a very thin PG juice with 400 mesh, and its wicking without any trouble, still producing huge clouds, and flavor is on point. TH is excellent, but not off the charts.

What are you using for wick dimensions. For mine I am using 15mm x 50mm to make the wick. Thinner walled wicks move juice faster, but too thin and they overheat

I know I had the right length but I don't know about the width -- I did reroll it counter-clockwise and it improved...
