Ive found that after one day and one tank my kayfun seems to get harder to draw through. If i take it apart at night, remove the cotton, burn the coil off, replace cotton and refill it works great again for another day.

Im thinking maybe its the spacing between the coil and air hole under the coil. When the coil gets dirty/burned build-up it starts to clog.

Please let me know if im on the right track. Or any opinions you might have.

So far I've found the best way is to insert the wick, pull it up and put the chimney on, and trim it at the top of the chimney.. I've had mine for almost a week, and finally got the last couple of builds perfect once I stopped trying to trim it right on the deck.. Definitely takes some adjustment going from rebuilding Kanger heads to a real RBA..
