so,i recently got a kfl+,and besides struggling a bit with finding the correct build to not get dry hits,I'm really enjoying the taste and the overall vaping experience,so much that when i had to wash it,i had to go back to a kabuki like tank, with pre-made coils and the taste was almost unbearable.
so i intend on getting the mini v3 too.

my question is,since i'm a MTL vaper only(for the moment at least)and i like a really tight draw(for example, on the Nautilus mini i'm usually on the smallest hole, max the second one).
so,people with experience with both tanks, what do you think;would i be able to get the same tight draw with the mini v3 as with the lite +?

i also read that in the mini v3 with a tight airflow setting, one might get a lot of gurgling..

Simple answer is...possibly! With the steel AF control grub screw you will get a lot of condensation and gurgling but the plastic ones work much better. Whether it will really get down to the 2+ draw i'm not sure but you can get a pretty decent, 'proper' M2L from the V3!!

The Mini V3 is more airy than the KFL+

I had a Mini V3 and could get a restrictive Lung hit off tge Mini V3.

I hated the wall around the build deck

flavor was good but not great.

I would recommend another KFL+

Take a look at my Kompact Kayfun. With 25 mm tall bell cap

I personally think the V3 mini is better in just about every way. In fact, I don't even look at any more tanks. The V3 mini checks all the boxes for me. Here's a few other advantages:

1. Juice shut off. I can close the shut off on my spare tanks, put them in my case and carry it around all day without juice leaking out.

2. Top fill. No more flipping the tank over while trying to screw the top cap back on.

3. The wall around the juice well. I know some people don't like it, but I love it. I hated trying to screw the atomizer chamber back on while trying not to snag the wick. Now I tuck the wick in and it stays in place.

4. Working with a full tank. If I feel the wick needs changing, I don't have to empty the tank to do it. I can remove the deck with a full tank and work on it.

5. Noise. No more whistling due to the extra air holes.

I actually use the plus version simply because it's wider and looks better on my provari. Other than size, the two are identical.

it seems opinions are divided in this matter, but more inclined towards the KFL+ for strict MTL vapers(in most forums i've checked.)

the mini v3 seems to be way more practical,
but in my case since i get exactly what i like from the Lite+ i guess i'll stick to it and have another one, plus it's about half the price of the mini v3.

thanks for the suggestions and inputs.

I gotta agree with Steve. When I want a genuine MTL vape, I grab my lite+. I generally stay with restricted lungers, but I've yet to see a better strictly MTL tank than the lite+. The Mini V3 is a great little tank though....then again, I like the V4 and V5...so don't listen to me.

I love the Kayfuns, but there is one that has about as many small parts in it as an automatic transmission ... I will pass on that Kayfun !

For mouth to lung vaping, it just don't get much better than the Kayfun Lite-Plus V2. :)
