My second KFL V2 came with a hard piece of green plastic in the bottom of the air flow adjustment screw chamber....took 2 hours to dig it out without damaging the threads....doh.....called Vaperev and asked if anyone else has called that received an extra goodie in thier device....I was the only lucky one they heard of yet...emailed SvoёMesto but they never answered....

Shine a bright light just right down the threaded hole where the afc screw goes, it's in there I assure you.
If you can't see it, stick a very small screwdriver down the hole and you can feel it's spongy nature, you
can feel that you aren't touching metal on metal.
I'm dying to know what taking it out will do as far as the whistle goes...
It looks like a nano kit was on it. And ahhh I missed the missing fill hole screw.

The fill hole screw is in there, but it's the Lite's fill hole screw.
Interestingly, I like my KFLs better than my +
Thanks.... appreciate the reply!!Both of mine look something similar to a rubber band (but harder in composition) that was just crammed down into the afc hole past the air inlet.
As much as I love Busardo, I have to disagree with one suggestion in this video. He says to "stuff" the wick down into the chamber. This approach resulted in poor wicking and burnt hits for me. The best method for me (apart from getting just the right amount of cotton) is to position the ends of the wicks down into the chamber so the ends are just gently resting on top of the juice grooves. I've also found the the wick ends need to be compressed enough so that they're not too fluffy. Otherwise the ends turn into a cotton soup that can clog the intake groves. FWIW. I hope this might help someone new like me who's trying to get it right.I am new to Kayfun joy too, and based my builds on this PBusardo Video.
