Ya.. I finally got it too.. 1.7ohm 28ga... Working great. :) And, you're right, the flavor isnt actually all that 'great'. Certainly no better than the Aero or Mini Protank 3. I think these things came out when the clearos were 'meh' so these were better, but now its mostly just hype.

ROFLMAO!

Please pass the popcorn. ;)

do all authentic kayfuns come with spare oring sets? how can i tell if mine is 100% authentic

Authentic KFL+s come with spare o-ring sets. They are packaged separately, not in the box.
You can probably tell if it was authentic by looking at your receipt. If you spent around $100, you are probably good. Authentic Kayfuns (not lite or lite+) have been out of production for many moons.

From whom did you acquire this kayfun-ish device?

i got it at my boys shop, it cost 100, it came in the small box with the plastic tank insert thats it

In this case there's 2 possibilities.

1) you've got a clone, and the vendor ripped you off

2) you've got an authentic, and the vendor essentially stole your oring set.

Either way, the vendor is dishonest. But for your sake I hope it's the latter!

Well, if it was my boy, I would beat him silly until I got the $2.50 pack of o-rings. And, you should have gotten a metal tank insert with it too.

For $100, it should have been an authentic Kayfun Lite Plus V2.

Slack 'em a bit on the o-rings. They do not come in the box, but they are owed to you.

The only markings should be on the bottom of the atty. Nothing on the sides or top. What do you see on the bottom of your atty?

Could someone with a caliper or micrometer, measure the outside diameter of a good 510 threaded connector of any atomizer?
I'm in my truck and don't have my micrometer with me. I'm still dealing with YiLoong and their Big Fogger wrong sized 510 threaded connector.

YiLoong just responded to me. They say that the current production is 6.81 mm
But if my memory serves me right 510 = M7 X 0.5 mm. Therefore it should be 7.0 mm in diameter.

Could you please measure it for me?

Thank you.

Well I'd say the one out of 12 builds so far one had extroudenary good flavor better than the Aerotank especially on the intake. But I think it was a fluke unless you have surgeon hands and if you do you won't have time building Kaylights. My main attraction to the Kaylite I guess is to save money, with the Aerotank coils don't last long on NETS. But I do agree much of the hype is a relic from the pre Aerotank days.

I can verify it is an M7 x 0.5 thread. I have a die I use to clean up Chinese threads. I just measured a genuine Svoemesto Kayfun Lite 510 connector with my digital caliper as follows...

6.87mm (0.271 in.)

Well, it does not look like mine. Mine is an authentic (I sure as heck hope) KFL+V2 2nd batch from VapeRev.com, an authorized distributor. Mine is dated 2014/02, has a different logo for SM, and does not have that whatever, whatever stuff under "Made in Germany". I got mine before May, so maybe things have changed, but I smell a rat.

No o-rings, okay. No metal tank insert, very odd. Different markings, big red flag.

Hope you saved your receipt.

What did the box look like?
