i get the leak sometimes after filling up
I just un-screw and clean it up
then remount the screw

a screw/o-ring combo with be nice though

One trick: Never fill up the whole tank to it's fullest. Leaving some space inside will neither flood the coil+wick section nor give a/ny leakage from anywhere or a/ny "spitfires" from the mouthpiece. I 'only' fill till the brim of the glass (a tad over it), which essentially keeps around 3/4ths of the tank empty... AND never had a leak anywhere, anyhow, anytime yet. And neither had I any 'over-wicking', 'under-wicking', 'burnt-taste' etc.

Mine was supposed to be delivered today and I've been home all day but I noticed around 9am that the status changed to "Delivered" on the FedEx site. Tracking claims the package was delivered to "Receptionist/Front Desk"... I live in a house and never heard the FedEx guy at the door. Something is a bit screwy here.

I also had an issue with my last shipment from Intase.de, which is very odd...but understandable in my case.

My package was also to be delivered today. When I checked the tracking this morning before heading to the office it said "Delivered". I thought, hmm this looks odd. It went right from Germany to my porch, without stopping in East Boston, then Framingham, then the guys truck...very odd. Also the time was off. The package was delivered at 12:52PM on Monday, but it was barley 7am! So, after checking my porch for the package I knew would not be there, I got on the horn with FedEx. Turns out the package was refused by customs heading out of Germany. All they could tell me was it was something to do with the label.

I put in an email to Intaste, but have not yet heard back from them. The six hour time difference SUCKS when dealing with a customer service issue. I already have two of the lites, but that package has another two in it..so I'm a little concerned. Im sure it will all get worked out in the end.

few posts back, looks like a package was refused export. multiple kfun lite's did not leave there country. Mine is kicking around the US, since July 2. 6 days it has been hanging out with gypsies, no offense to gypsies. fedex web site and customer care are the worst. Worse comes to worse, i can pick mine up locally. Its 10 minutes away, just waiting 4 hours.

I figured there were others, but im still at the office and only half surfing ;)

Yeah, FedEx was not pleasant at all to deal with. The lady acted as if I was doing something illegal...as if I knew the reason it was not sent on it's merry way through customs. She had a very suspicious tone in her voice....and could care less where my $200 package is.

Eh, what ya gonna do. Worse case I file a Paypal dispute, but I doubt it will come to that. Intase has always been good to deal with.

Mine says delivered at 12:52pm on Monday as well. So I guess that means I've run into the dreaded customs issue too. That sucks... I was looking forward to playing with it today.

I talked to FedEx customer support during lunch and the guy was actually pretty nice to me. When I said my package wasn't delivered he said "I'm sorry to hear that, lemme check what happened for ya" and told me that it didn't pass German customs due to something about price not matching the parts in the batch that was sent out from intaste? Anyways I emailed intaste as well and hope to get a response from them soon.

Guys, InTaste is good. The problem lies @ the FedEx end.

I've raised multiple queries with InTaste -- and all have been replied with 30mins max. That let's me believe one of their rep is always online on mobile. Some of their responses came within minutes, less than 5. And, though their English sucks, I could know the genuine concern in their tone... very courteous, very apologetic, very friendly and totally candid.

One of my Drip-Tips came out to be oversized, in dia. Not their fault, it was my misunderstanding/misreading of their specs. No, not the Kayfun Drip-Tip, it was one of their 'golden' ones, which I was trying to bag for my GP-Lux. Upon raising a query, pat came their reply that it was unsuitable for 510 threaded devices, and they were refunding me. Lo, before I could post a response -- a Paypal email floats in -- $... refunded from part of the xyz Paypal Invoice. Beat that!

I just built mine up and fire her up. I have to say it's so nice to buy a device that lives up to the hype! Wonderful taste, buttery smooth threading, solid build. I'm not sure my only complaint (if you can call it one) is actually addressable and that is that the screws are so small, I had to work with a magnifying glass. It was also nice to buy it from someone who wasn't price gouging so I ended up pay half what the full versions go for one the classifieds.

+1 on the small screws, but it gives you more room on the "head". i doubt they will ever strip if we don't do something stupid to them.

I'm actually Ok with the size of those screws... gives us more space for the coil, w/out a shorting hazard, IMHO.

well... I was so stressed out today ( ) I took the rest of the day off work. After talking to fedex customer service, they sent the delivery truck back to my house. Kayfun Lite, is now wearing a 3mm wick - 1 ohm coil. The flavor i am getting straight out of this device is awesome. First impression, simple to set up, great vapor production. Fedex, i take back my angry thoughts.

I like Fed Ex, no issue with any of my deliveries and I have many. If I do, I still wont hate them or wish someone dead, human err is a fact of life. Life goes on.

I also love inTaste. Good people.

If you dont like these screws, I suggest never to buy the Kaydiddlyfun mini.

I'm actually eagerly waiting for a Kaydiddlyfun (LOL, like that!) to come out in between the 'mini' and 'lite' format. Something around 17mm to sport on my Ba Guas.
