I run micro/cotton in my kayfun conv. kit and it definatelly beats the eko and silica builds I tried

Something might be going wrong with that coil. How many wraps are there? A microcoil is supposed to be more wraps (than usual). When I wrap an 8 wrap coil on 1/16 bit with 30g, it comes to 1.6ohms and that is a great resistance to be in.

yea..I just wrapped my usual number of wraps and didn't think about the size of the coil making the resistance so low. .8 at 2.9v isn't bad but it's having a tough time keeping up with wicking the juice. I'm impressed it's doing as well as it is. The first vape after it sits a minute is great but if I vape too much in succession, it starts losing flavor. It hasn't burnt but it's a bit on the dry side. As Rule said, I'm having a ball playing with this thing.

I read it somewhere in another forum and then I sent them an e-mail and asked about them. They said that it should be available on the 30.7. at around 11 o'clock CET. This is Central European Time, which is GMT+1.

Wouldn't they be on CEST, which is GMT+2? For those that don't want to do the math, I think 11:00 AM CET translates to 5:00 AM CDT (US-Central) and 11:00 AM CEST translates to 4:00 AM CDT.

Not questioning the validity of the information you received DaFreek, I'd just hate for someone to miss an order because of that extra hour. Either way, people should also sign up for restock alerts and just periodically check the site to be safe. When they sent me a restock update on the KFL earlier this month, it arrived at 4:38 AM CDT. YMMV.

Wow, what Tennovan said was true, after a while, afetr break in, i got full flavor of this Kayfun, even at normal ohm, which is 1.7 Ohm.. Very happy with it now for now.. maybe will try another built such as micro coils / cotton etc, but i am happy for now..

I can't hear any of it I did watch it and got the gist of it though. I just built mine and pretty much did the exact same thing. How long are you guys letting the cotton soak before you start using it? I'm too impatient to wait very long LOL. I soak my wick pretty good before I put everything back together and start vaping after I fill it. I used 9 wraps of 30g on a 1/16 bit and my resistance came out to 1.7

Fantastic, very well done vapdivrr... the explanation was bang on! And yes, I got the audio all thru... no issues there. I've never done a 'cotton wick' and your vid urges me to seriously think about it.

No audio for me but I skimmed through the video and it's almost exactly what I've been doing. I think my coils are a little narrower although the luer lock looks the same.

the cotton wicks immediately, I just drip on the coil before reassembling the kayfun, take a couple of dry vapes, and its ready to go.

I think everything looks a little bigger in video, the 16 luer lock is like a 1/16 drill bit. it is very tiny and I have to wear a magnifying lens just to count the wraps, maybe that's because im old and am blind. couldn't imagine doing a smaller diameter, I have heard of some who do a 14g blunt tip.
