4/5ths only = not filling the device all the way up to the brim. When using my KFL and clear middle section, I invert, obviously, and fill till the air bubble is just at the top of the clear section, then stop. Cap off fill screw and vape.

That works out to about 3.5ml with a completely empty tank. I've been monitoring it since I may want to use the steel section and want to avoid too much guesswork.
The kfl is spectacular! Tasting liquid like never before. Wow totally worth the $$$

I use the steel section as well. I marked my syringe at the exact level, so when using the solid section I know when to stop. My syringe has zero level markings.
I'm actually getting 4+ mls using a syringe with markings. The syringe came from a hospital so either I'm right or there are lots of patients overdosing right now. 
I've done this quite a bit over the last few weeks LOL. I just unscrew the top cap and pour my juice back into the bottle.. rinse her out and start over.
I've been tempted to put 4 ml in there, but I hesitate because my first air hole leak experience happened when I filled past the "visible bubble". Now that I think that was related to temperature changes, I may go for it.

Thanx Broski wasnt feelin that Todd setup ether bought some cotton from CVS organic joints so we'll have to see what it do
when i got a email notification i accidently hit "unsuscribe to thread"
try the sterile cotton I think the organic cotton is whitened with hydrogen peroxide
