PM coming.

I signed up...didn't I? Can't back out now. :)

We'll take a look at it and if I can't get it going then I'll send it to Q who will send it to Dust who will send it to...

Just kiddin'. If neither of us can get it going I'll figure out why because I have one to compare it to. Leave it with your last coil/wick still in it. I may learn something from that.

still waiting for you to return my caravela, have you got it working yet?

been doing 16g blunt tip builds for my k-lite and decided to try a couple other sizes. first did a 5/64 coil which worked well but not that big of a difference, maybe less of a TH because of the larger diameter. then tried a 20g blunt tip which is about 1.3mm, this has slightly more TH then the 16g but besides that its to early to tell because I have only run a ml through it to this point but im thinking it has possibly a slightly better flavor. also I tried one of those 90 degree coil placements in the k-lite. these go perpendicular to the screws in which the wick tails go straight down to the channels. this coil worked the same imo except the resistance was slightly higher because of the longer wire to the screws. also when I did this placement you can really see how important a tight micro coil is because as I was heating this coil to squish it tight the leads glowed all the way to the screws. this soon went away as I tightened up the coil, but im sure if I didn't squish the coils the glowing leads could of caused some overheating. a properly tightened micro coil shouldn't glow past the last coil turn.

Thanks to these 300+ pages , all of you wonderful people posting , accepting all my pms, and all the YouTube videos my first build was a success got it in today the coil took minutes but it took me nearly an hour to get the cotton just right. Very tasty and plumes of vape a quick question though if I'm changing juices from bobas to gorilla juice since they are similar in flavor do I need to change the wick or can I just refill. Thanks again

seriously, that's a cool thing your doing. I have often thought about doing exactly the same thing. this is what this forum is all about my friend.

Well, it is what ECF is about. It's only a few bucks in postage and about 15 minutes of time. It's really not a big deal when you think about it (less than what you put into your vids). I'm guessing Yeti traded it or got it working as I have not heard back from him/her. Either way I hope it worked out for him/her.

I would think that as long as YOU don't mind the flavor meshing with another, you'll be fine.

You'll get different answers. It's not hard to change out the wick if you have .... tendencies. otherwise just pour down the new juice at the end of the previous juice and it will transition fairly quickly and you might enjoy the transition anyway. My recommendation: Try it and be your own judge.

With liquids as similar as BB and GJ,I'd just refill and vape like a madman

If the flavors are similar, you can leave the same wick in. A few puffs, and the new flavor will come through. However, changing cotton wicks in a micro coil is pretty quick and easy. It's one of the cool advantages to them.
