I have kind of a strange request. I'm wondering what people vaping their kayfuns with VV devices are firing at, and what ohms. Example.

1.5 ohm
Micro coil. 30 Awg, 1/16th bit wrap
at 10 watts.

-Sent from outer space using DNA20 and kayfun Lite

because I prefer higher wattages I mainly use a mech but when I do vape the kayfun on the provari I make my coils at between 1.3 to 1.4 Ω's and vape it maxed out. at 1.3 to 1.4 the provari will max out at about 4.4v, which is about 15 watts. I use 28g micro w/ hemp fibers at a 1/16 diameter.

This one here on ebay sure looks like the real deal. It doesn't say it's a clone but for the price, it's got to be! Even so.. it sure is tempting

edit... disregard that.. I just saw where it says it's a clone. But it looks like a nice clone.

It looks like intaste.de has the real kayfun lite plus in stock right now :)

donnah, pulled the trigger on a dingo! I chose this model instead of the roller because I really don't like the looks of a telescoping mod. the dingo is just like the roller with a fixed 18650 tube(which was an extra)

If I use my Semovar which is VW, I make my coils around 1.3 ohms, with 28g kanthal, 16gauge blunt tip needle, I vape around 12 watts to 14 watts.

How much was total with shipping?

-Sent from outer space using DNA20 and Kayfun Lite

88.82 euro, about $122....note that it will show higher on the website, but since Germany is in the Eurozone, they back out the VAT since it's shipping to the states.

I forgot to mention wicking material lol. I guess juice pg/vg matters too. Basically I'm wondering why my cotton comes out so gross and I have so much gunk build up on my coil after just one tank. I hate seeing burnt juice flow back into my tank and ruin my beautiful juice lol. And I only vape 8 watts 3.8 volts at 1.8 ohms 1/16th bit 30 Awg cotton 80vg 20 pg

I use a 1.8 ohm 30g microcoil wrapped at 3/32". Coil placed perpendicular to the coil, about 1 mm above the air hole. Cotton ball wick. I am vaping Halo TriBeCa on a mech (GP PAPS). On my provari, it's about 3.9-4.0V (8-9W). I re wick and dry burn the coil every other tank. Been running the same coil since I got it 3 weeks ago.

If you run a sweeter juice, you will have to rewick & dry burn probably every tank. I ran one tank of Copper Creek Cake, and it needed it after one tank.

I really like a vv device at 8 to 10 watts, but I've been very unlucky with them with two in a row developing fire button problems. I now mostly use a couple of mechs and wrap at about 1.2 ohms. That's puts it at 10 to 14 watts depending on charge.

The odd thing is I pretty well enjoy the mech, but there's no way I'd crank the vv out past 10 watts. I'm not sure what's going on but I think it's the pulse voltage supplied by the vv.

30 ga Kanthal, 10-wraps, 2.0 mm (5/64ths) inside diameter, four strands, 1mm silica, 1.9 ohms on a Provari. It's wicked.

personally I've found that when my coil is too close to the air hole I get excessive gunk buildup on the coil, I think it's because of airflow... when the coil is too close the air hits the coil and disperses to both sides, not wrapping the air around the whole coil so the whole top of the coil get's no airflow really, move it away from the hole slightly and then the air wraps around the coil more completely, the airflow reduces the gunk build up... that's my theory as to why, but regardless of why, I know that too close def causes way more buildup... spaced a little more I can get through 3-4, 5, sometimes even more refills before having to re wick or open it at all. I'm using hemp fiber as a wick, cotton I couldn't go as long, 2, maybe 3 refills before taste drops off big time with cotton and needs to be re wicked, with hemp I'm finding that taste actually improves after the first tankful, seems the more it breaks in the better it gets, then after a while it starts to drop off and then needs rewicking but sometimes I can get up to a weeks worth of daily use with hemp fiber wick...

my specs may not help but I run dual coils, 28 ga. 10-12 wraps each ~1.0, 1.1 ohm on a semovar vv/vw running 15 watts, mostly vg most times, and as said, hemp wick

From InTaste for a KFL? I must be misunderstanding.

I paid $105 to my door for a KFL from InTaste. 3 day delivery. And that was before they reduced the prices by $11.

I think Juice if it has nicotine starts to discolor am i wrong as it hits the air? And I think as far as coil gunking it's probably because of the juice? I vaped some innovape juice 2 different e juices from the same vendor but the shazamazam gunks my coil with only 1 tank even less than 1 tank, but the other flavor larizzo I finish a whole tank and look at the coils and there isn't much gunk.

Oops...forgot I ordered something else with it...if I back that out, mine was $107, so just the diff in the exchange rate over a few days.

I'm so excited for you!! I've had my Roller for 6 months now and use it every day. Love it! I've sorta been thinking about getting another Roller or at least some of the upgraded parts for the one I have now. I'm using mine with the stock brass spring and connector and only getting a .2 v drop on a 1.1Ω coil in the kfl. I was thinking of getting a bug and the rhodium plated springs and 510 connections. But then if I get the bug, I won't need the spring.

I didn't realize that that 2 of the t2 extensions would turn the Dingo into an 18650 device. Now you've got me lurking on the atmizoo site LOL. what finishes did you get? did you get any upgrade extras? when you get it I want pictures!!

Hmmm.. that's interesting. My coils gunk up pretty fast. I wonder if moving them up a bit might help.

very interested in hearing your take on this if you do try it :) raising it too high taste drops off and it adds a bit of harshness to the vape so don't overdo it but even a little bit makes a big difference for me on the gunking up thing... it's amazing how little tweaks and tuning all make a difference here
