I wrap a 1.8ohm on a 3/32...6 wraps of 30g...cotton ball in my KFL. In my experience, the 30g heats up quicker...and it's not the wick that lasts longer, it's the one that tastes better. The coil will need to be dry burned before the wick really needs to be replaced. I dry burn every other tank full, and, since you can't dry burn cotton, rewick as well.
