Hey all
I've been using the same coil/wick style for months in both my KFL+'s, and have never had a single issue.
With the help of everyone here, it's great to know that I have atty's that I KNOW will never end up in my atty graveyard,
no matter what the industry brings in the future...
So, I searched the thread again, and couldn't find my answer. (yeah it's probably in here somewhere, lol)
Both of my KFL+'s developed the exact same issue at the same time, and it's never happened before.
Juice from the chamber wicking is migrating out of the channels back into the tanks.
It's has no bearing on performance, just making me scratch my head.
I do, in fact, take the cotton wicking past it's "happy point" on some of my tobacco blends, I always have.
For some strange reason, I like the taste of some tobacco juices when the wick is needing replacement.
I will continue to vape on the old wick until I get a burnt taste, which is usually about 2-4 more ml's.
You can call me crazy, but that's another story.
I mention this because, as you can imagine, the juice in the chamber is darker and easily seen
when it migrates back into the tank.
If I've always been doing this, and never had juice escaping back into the tank, why would both
the atty's display this issue at the same exact time?
All I can think of is that the chimney o-rings in the top cap have both failed at the exact same time?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Have a good day everyone...
