voidness
Yes, i read the negative revues RE glass fit, broken when forced. So the first thing i did was lube the orings & put the end caps on the glass. It was perfect fit, smooth. Then installed on my R91, i just pushed fluid into tank from the bottle. Little messy, pushed juice past the upper o-ring. Vaped the 1st tank, then last night tried to refill tank with a syringe, the glass is 50% over the fill hole. So its not very friendly to refill. But since its a test menthol fluid, i do not care. So far I really like the glass tank. Let me know how the replacement tank works out.

I think the issue might be with one of the rings in my kit. One ring worked perfectly, both sides of the glass, smooth fit, no issues. The other ring simply wouldn't fit. I had a lot of juice on the inner walls and on the orings. Still no bueno.

I'll be sure to post the results with the ibt glass. cheers

Quick question: so I'm one of those idiots who will just vape on and on and on until I start vaping burnt cotton if I can't monitor the juice level. How are you folks who are using the metal mid sections keeping track of the juice level? At this point I have 8 of them just sitting around looking pretty, and I do love the look of a full metal KFL or R91.

I just keep going until I get a dry hit. Other tanks a dry hit usually means the wicking isn't keeping up, but with my KFL a dry hit means the tank is bone dry. I notice the drier hit before the cotton actually burns.

If your burning your cotton or just want to check the level of juice, you can remove the top to check how much is left. Just make sure your finger is over the airhole when removing, and when putting it back on you want to just catch the threads, then flip it over to screw back down.

I don't think it is, but please confirm this is NOT the chimney that comes with the V2 KFL...

looks great crss, thanks for the pics. I got some ibtanked glass on the way so I can try to bring mine back to life.

speaking of waiting for SoV to finish up, have you seen the new design for the long chimney?

Well, i started with a needle tipped bottle. Slid the needle into the tank (at an angle towards tank) it will catch the tank seem. Closest seem to the base. Squeeze bottle, till i could see fluid near the fill hole, or no air bubbles enter bottle after done squeezing.

Speaking of clones, ebay's black edition clone is honestly quite unbelievably good. I just got mine today and I was so impressed.

Its alright. I mean it's probably the best clone out there but I hate how much tighter the draw/airholr is compared to authentic kfl+ or R91

Aaaaand the clone's inconsistency rears it's ugly head again. Grin. My airhole is perfect, and I prefer looser draws

Anyone have success drilling out the airhole with just a hand drill and no table clamp?? I don't have access to a drill press....forever alone.

Dont even think about it. I tried for a few hours every day, for 3 days straight. No you will hurt your self, or the deck and brake lots of drill bits. 1 minute on a drill press, simple. I wont drill anything on my original kayfuns. But i have drilled out 2 kayfun clones and 1 squape.

OK well good thing I found a friend that will do it for me.

What drill bit would be the biggest allowed? Its the black edition clone I am gonna drill n the hole is close to the top. I was gonna do 1/16 but was debating if a 5/64 size would work as well.
