I've only found a full size Pyrex replacement and the matte rings without a top cap. They have the stainless easy fill top cap however. I'm going to contact them and see if they carry it.

Yes, DW, Svoemesto did discontinue their original mini but "word" has it that there is a new one in the works (free of some of the earlier quirks) . I think I read that a few dozen pgs back in this thread.

not sure if you're looking at the right thing. SOV doesnt have an easy fill top cap.

Not sure if this is the appropriate place, but I just bought an hcigar kayfun lite v2. Well after coiling it, I threw it on the ohm meter and it didn't register. Put it on my other ohm meter and it just says 1...like its not making a connection. Decided to put it on my mvp to check it and I get the NON message. So it seems like the problem is the 510 pen not making a connection. I tried to unscrew it and it just loosened the entire post. Is there a fix to this? Has anyone else had this issue?

I have that same Atty. Make sure the insulator under the positive block is in place and screw the 510 post back in. The 510 is what holds the block in place. When it starts to really clamp on the black, as in it's getting tight make sure that the politic block is NOT touching either the base of the deck or the negative block.
Should be good to go after that.
So I messed with it more last night....made sure everything was looking ok on the deck and re-tightened the 510 pin. Same problem. I found a thread over on the fastech forums where some guy was experiencing the same thing with his kayfun clone. Not sure of the brand though. Turns out the actual 510 threading was short so it was not screwing in far enough to make contact. I'm just going to contact the vendor and see if they can exchange the base or atty.
No. Coil was fine. In fact I re-coiled it 3 different times thinking I was doing something wrong. I was using 28 gauge and going for a 1.4 ohm coil. Every device I put it on acts like there is nothing on there. Ahhh I was so pumped about getting this kayfun built last night. Looks like I will have to wait until after labor day to get this resolved.
I'm starting to think I should have just splurged and bought the authentic from vaperev. They have it in stock for $99.

Was just having this conversation at the shop last night and on another thread this morning.
I have SEVERAL kfls at this point. 2 authentic and a handful of clones. My authentics don't leave the house. I have this horrible gravity problem and drop .... constantly. If my authentic Attys looked like my clones I would have serious issues.
That said ehpro and hcigar are my two faves for kfls clones. Especially ehpro's v2 with dual airflow- that one I like way more than my authentics.
I can rave about those 2 clones all day but the truth is that it is still a clone and issues slip through the cracks while I've never personally had one I've known and seen them as well, the reality is a good clone vapes almost identically to the real deal but the real deal doesn't let mistakes go to market where the cloners let everything end up on a shelf somewhere.
Yeah this is exactly why I'm not terribly upset over this issue. If I had of bought the authentic and was having this issue, I would definitely be more upset about it. I understand when buying a clone, you are getting a much more mass produced product. Some are excellent, others have issues. I actually might ask the vendor if I can exchange for the ehpro version.
Roger, that's what I would do. I hear a lot of people say that hcigar has a higher Quality than ehpro. My experience has been opposite. I think the finish is nice on the ehpro's.
If you do that, do yourself a favor and see if they have the dual airflow one. It's not much of a difference in performance but it is a little looser of a draw.
Do you lift you coil so it doesn't touch the site hole in the center?
Yes.....coil is most certainly not touching the deck.
