I really like my kayfun Lite. I mostly use it for in the car but I pick it up sometimes just because I feel to lazy to keep dripping.

I will never understand why people Drip... I tried it a few times and nothing compares to a nice 4ml kayfun tank for an all day vape.

They drip because they sprung a leak somewhere.. :D

Personally, I drip when I want to fog up my Den with my low-ohm, cloud chasing setups. If I'm on the move, I have a KFL or the ErlPrinz in my hand.

Yeah? Good luck getting your money back when you've spent $200 on something that sucks. At least sucks to you - might be awesome to others. Thus the justification for buying the clone first. I won't name names as not to offend someone's favorite device/atty, but I have some clones that sucked so bad I'd have smacked myself up if I "supported the innovator". Cool, fancy, and expensive doesn't guarantee a good design. Leave the odds for Las Vegas, and even then, get the insurance.

Like I said each to their own. Im not trying to convince you or anyone else to do or buy anything. I tend to read reviews, watch YouTube vids and ask other people's experiences of products before I buy. If you just want to buy a clone and hold that up as a good indication of what the genuine product will behave like then good for you.

The 5 pawns KFL is fine. I have two. A little less juice capacity than the standard but noticeably shorter. The drip tip looks odd, but the bore is the same as stock, so it seems to vape the same. I don't notice a difference.

As for international purchases, intaste.de is amazing. Two to three day shipping with bullet accurate tracking. Cloud9 is okay too, but ship Royal Mail, which is not so royal. Both better options than vaperev.com, which has bad prices, bad selection and stock, and is really slow to put your stuff in the mail.

Sent from my brain using An iPad

Im with you on the drip tip of the 5pawns edition. I changed mine for a RSM Pyrex one and looks way cool.

As for intaste and cloud9 ive bought kayfuns from both sites in the past and found them great. When I finally get around to getting a KF4 it'll be from Keith at cloud9 for sure.

I don't know anyone who had to wait three months for a genuine (until you). Maybe a week or two. But, it did require you check in daily to look at their latest stock situation. That alone is more effort than some want to expend and I understand that.
You shouldn't have to stalk the website in order to buy something. It's their business and they are free to run it as they see fit but I'm also free to get fed up and buy a clone. I did manage to get an authentic six months later when I checked.

I get it...there are too many vapers out there to count, and many will order more than one...
But if I ran the company, I'd try to produce enough to get through the first wave of orders...
Take the number of units sold, of the previous version, and make that the first production count of the new model.
Yeah, yeah, I know..."They keep the first batch small in case of problems or low sales..." but hey...SvöeMesto is a very well known brand now...they would do well to bank on the fact that they've changed the industry before, and odds are they'll do it again.
It is sad that people have to stalk websites to get an original or authentic device...but I understand the many reasons why it happens.

Agreed. I'm unclear as to which website this was, but pre-order should somewhat solve that... the other way is for the site owner to install a 'stock notification' function... and send the emails out with delays between them. Other places do this... they could to. I think a previous poster hit the nail on the head though about them being free to run it as they see fit (well, in most countries). Some people reach a point where it isn't about maximizing their sales short term, it's about maximizing the 'brand' long term and sometimes it's about keeping something a little bit on the other side of difficult to get, for a lot of people, envy can drive sales like nobody's business!

I know that Intaste.de where I got 4 of my KFL's had a notification feature that worked. I got my first when it was in stock, and the remaining 3, I had to be notified about.

Notification came in around a week after they went out of stock. You did have to actually input your email to be notified though.. :)

Love how you can pre-order something that they haven't even seen or touched yet..

I don't remember who it was, but there was a mech mod where they did that... and once the authentic shipped there were huge size differences.

I want to say the 260W box mod clone is only 260W because they did something similar... guessed and were able to just go a little higher anyhow, something along those lines. I could be wrong on that one, but I know there was a mech mod cloned before release and the specs were ridiculously misjudged.

A company I worked for quite some time ago used Alibaba... got ripped off. over the last few years though, I hear it's been getting a good rep, some of the sellers though... YMMV.
