At least your P's got you a car. I had to pay for my own...the insurance, gas, and maintenance too. That's how I learned to work on cars. I couldn't afford to pay a mechanic to fix my weekly breakdowns. :)

That was the fun part about having a Beetle.. I just need a simple Craftsman wrench kit and a couple of screwdrivers and you could fix ANYTHING on that car haha. I had to pay for all the insurance and everything though.. Luckily I had dad to show me when it came time to change brakes and the starter on it. Everytime I have to work on my Honda, I wish I still had it!

Those VW heaters never worked.

Well, this will be my 4th Kayfun, ironically...
Also, it will be my only authentic.
My other three are the EHPro clones. They introduced me to the world of Kayfunning, and work so well that I haven't ever gotten an authentic KFL...
I still set aside the money I would have spent on cigarettes every week...I even raised the amount, to follow the rise in cigarette prices...

You know, as much as I hate to admit it, but my HCigar 3.1ES, E.H.Pro 3.1ES and Infinite Lite + are just as good as my Authentic SvoёMesto 3.1ES. In fact, the E.H.Pro one is better, in my opinion, then the original I have. Go figure... But, with KF 4, it is going to be a while before those Chinese cloners will perfect it like they did with V3. The first clones, more then likely, will be just as bad as Qsuape R[eloaded] clones. IMHO
I'm going to get me an authentic one first. :toast:

I have a question....I had already owned 3 Kayfun lite Plus by EHpro that I had purchased from Fluid Vapes about 7 months ago. On Black Friday I picked up 2 more from Eciggity.

These are different. They came in the same style box with all of the little extras my others did but it did not have any markings on the bottom and the channels looked like they are not as deep.

Has Ehpro changed their design?

It's a clone. They do what they feel like at the time. No explanations.

I suggest only buying them from Fluid Vapes...
They seem to have the real EHPro...you are the 900th person I've heard say the same thing about supposed EHPro KFL's from other vendors...no complaints from Fluid Vapes...

Last car I could tune up myself--1976 Toyota Celica, with rust. But I could turn the distributor and get it just right by listening to it. Do they even make timing lights anymore?

I think there's a coil build lesson in here somewhere and our kids are laughing at us.

My first Kayfun was an authentic KFL+. I then got 5x EHPro/Tobeco clones for "everyday use" and "changing it up". I then got the Five Pawns edition KFL+. Not sure if I'll jump in with an authentic K4, or evaluate a clone first, but likely end up with one of each. The price though... ouch.

I probably will. The only reason I got these from the other vendor was the sale. It wasn't bad, only paid 20 bucks for it. And so far it seems to be working ok. I just notice the differences is all.

I don't get why they wouldn't have the different sections as optional purchases, and just drop the price for the v4. Grumbles. I'll never use the full metal section, and will probably use either the glass or plastic.

Exactly!!! I wish they would offer the tank sections seperately. I would most likely NEVER use the steel or the poly tank given the option of the glass tank.

After 2 years of vaping I finally have my first Kayfun.

I have a lot to catch up on regarding coils & wicking but already enjoying the vape.

Realy looking forward to my Vaporshark Rdna40 turning up to try the Quasar and KFL on.

I am stunned how well the the KFL vapes straight out of the box. í.½í¸ƒí.½í¸ƒí.½í¸ƒí.½í¸ƒí.½í¸ƒí.½í¸ƒ

Cool. Indeed the KFL rocks. Next step is to accessorize. Here in one of mine with the k-pico from cloud9, and a Pyrex drip tip from spectrum tanks. Mod is a Semovar in 18350 mode.
