Offline orders that paid over the weekend that were requested prior to the store opening Friday mailed today as did site orders through 2116. Seems there may be an email bug yet with an ISP or 2 but worst case you should be able to log into your account and check the status.

I'll have the store open by 8 Eastern tomorrow, we'll just start doing the same on Fridays as well so everyone knows in advance. I opened it early last Friday because we were thinking we could possibly get done and get some early placed orders shipped. It will work out better if I am allowed to help process orders on Fridays as opposed to working on the store and allow us to process a few more.
I'm averaging 2 appointments a week getting this physical therapy going and other things so we're stay in the 175 order a week range until my schedule allows us to up it gradually. As always, if you really need something contact me and we can mix a few orders an extra evening or a Sat. Morning

All site orders from here and we'll do the offline ones tomorrow after we finish the site orders, we made it through orders 2156 today, I told Missy our goal for today was 40 orders since there were 3 really big ones and now that I look we hit the number on the nose I wasn't paying attention, just nose to the grindstone
I wasn't paying attention, just nose to the grindstone All in between opening offline orders went out, the remainder of last week's site orders, and we even got into some orders placed last night. Site orders through 2185 mailed along with the offline orders. We'll easily get all site orders out by Friday since we played it conservative with the now resolved bottle situation in limbo.
The last 10 or so will be getting shipping confirmation shortly but we processed all site orders up to and including 2218 as well as the offline ones for those that received track/delivery confirmation. Like I mentioned we took the cautious route due to being low on bottles and should have plenty tomorrow from another source. We'll finish out the remaining offline orders and may actually get off work a little early tomorrow

As I said in the other ordering thread I stayed in St. Louis last night for an early DR appointment this a.m and am just now caught up with PMs. I haven't answered emails since early Friday but will get to those tonight for sure. BIG orders all week but lots of ounces so we'll stay right on schedule and possibly ship a few orders from the opening starting tomorrow evening out Weds. Site orders through #2245 shipped today and we'll probably average 25-30 a day due to size.

With the exception of 2 orders that I made an ordering boo boo and had to have something express shipped over we finished up to site order 2271 and some of the offline orders placed in the order received. We'll, barring something unforeseen, get ALL of last weekend's site orders and ALL currently placed offline orders out tomorrow and the possibility exists we may ship a few of tonight's order in the mail tomorrow
Generally we run closer to a 48 hour turn around than the stated 96 but the turn around time as stated is business days. For instance we are shipped some of Saturday's orders today which are 48 hours and MANY of Friday's shipped yesterday within 24 hours.
Important this email problem keeps haunting me and I'm making a call tomorrow to a Joomla IT professional but at any time you should be able to log into your account and check the status if you did not receive an automated shipping or order confirmation email. Also despite the logo they gave me my merchant account is not accepting American Express, this has been on going and I'm billed a monthly fee in order to do so. A ticket has been submitted on this issue but it's not on my end and out of my hands.

Pretty well on top of communication. Offline orders were backed up quite a bit and we finished those, completed all orders placed over the weekend, and managed a few of the site orders from last night. We're through site order #2287, so 10 from last night shipped. We'll get all out this week and the store will reopen Friday at 8p.m. Eastern.
I'll start a thread but would rather not have another sticky so I'll bump it occasionally. I'm getting a few orders with a phone # or the state duplicated in the zip code box, this causes me to have to do a zip code search so please make sure your info is correct. Also I check for abnormalities and if something sticks out try to contact the customer to be sure the order is correct, it looks like I'm losing a customer because they chose zero MG which is the default but it was across the board and some people order zero nic, so please take your time ordering because we mix directly off the invoices.

We only have a little better than a handful of site orders from Tuesday and Weds morning to process + some offline orders so there is some room for a few orders to ship tomorrow if you can order offline by PM or email. I could open the store early but figure it's best to stay on schedule with that since I said we'd operate that way until further notice and will give further advance before changing.

We have a 42 ounce offline order we're trying to start tonight and finish tomorrow so as not to interfere with online orders so I am, and have been, limiting myself to responding to PMs and emails in the morning and some times late at night. I have a few of you to invoice and respond to yet and will but taking a break, eating, and may watch the ballgame If you don't hear from me until tomorrow it will not effect the timeframe of those orders going out

All weekend orders are out, I didn't write down the last # and may be back to edit with it but other than the few of you that ordered offline late yesterday/today everything is mailed, including the 40 ounce order that I missed a few bottles on and will ship those out 1st thing in the morning 
ETA for current order reference orders through 2387 shipped today with the 40 ounce order and all but a few from yesterday and today offline orders found the PO.
ETA again: the 42 bottle ended up being 50 and we have a new record holder, I'll let them tell if they want ;-)

I will use tomorrow to inventory and do some behind the scenes site work. I had one comcast.net automated email rejected, I called softlayer and they made some changes but obviously created another problem because I had finally gotten the comcast issue resolved

Mailed all offline orders prior to the store opening Friday as well as site orders through 2478. The offline orders remaining will process after we process the remaining site orders and all should be mailed by Weds
All site and offline orders, even the one placed today are mailed, done early! Store will open at or possibly a little before 8 pm Eastern tonight.
Editing for reference for those that are ordering now. Site orders through 2504 mailed today. We received another 50+ bottle and 3-4 other offline orders prior to the site opening so the morning will be spent on those but many of the orders placed tonight will ship tomorrow. We're averaging 40 orders a day with me focusing on an additional merchant account, bulk ordering to improve inventory status and not mixing much. Once these things are out of the way we should improve back to processing 50+ orders daily.
Lastly, I got away from assigning offline orders #s but need to for 2 reasons 1) Record and tax purposes 2) next month we will hit order # 6969 total since operation, that calls for a $69 credit to the person who orders!

Baseball game gave way to work last night We didn't do well since we are preparing a 56 bottle special order, with some customization but are making up for it today! We made it close to 2530 yesterday, I'll try to update when we finish in a few hours but we'll come close to completing site orders and have tomorrow to finish the above mentioned order along with any other offline ones that are paid for

Site orders through 2612 shipped today, as did all offline ones that contacted me prior to today.
Orders through 2694 shipped yesterday and we'll finish out all site orders along with already placed offline orders as well today.
