And as far as tea goes gotta be pg tips or tetley normal tea not fancy breakfast tea or earl grey or anything like that lol
We always look for a good full bodied tea, and currently we're using Captain Scott's Blend (the blend made for him to take on his expedition) - it's very good! :)

Right on all accounts except for the Lyons. It's actually Irish black tea. I'll take mine "double bagged please." ;) In fact, that's just the way it left the house with me this morning in my artic thermal cup.
Ah! Didn't know that ..don't think I ever saw it here. Sounds good though!

Good strong cup of pg tips, bulls blood. Don't forget to add mushrooms to the full English and a pile of bread and butter to mop it all up with, also the eggs should probably be fried but with runny yolks. You'll also need some HP sauce and some Tommy ketchup. Black pudding is gross, I used to have to eat it as a kid, disgusting stuff.
Yes, definitely mushrooms with sunny side up eggs ..there were two mushrooms on that picture of a breakfast I posted - lovely! :) (I'm always torn between scrambled or fried - ideally, I'd have both!)

On the other hand...I love tea!!! Earl Grey, sweet, iced, green, doesn't matter....LOVE, LOVE LOVE tea! And I'd eat everything else on the plate for the full English breakfast! I possibly would try the black pudding or at least the white. I Have an adventuresome palate! Lol
I'm a black tea person :thumb:

No love for Black Pudding? Gahhhh........What a bunch of Sissies!:lol::lol:

( They say ketchup fixes everything)
What ..spoil it with ketchup ...nah! ...just realised we have some sliced black pudding in our freezer too ..and some sausages, blue free range farm eggs in the fridge, plenty of bacon, no mushrooms though. Still, I can mange without them for once! :)

I guess I'm lucky in that I eat everything except for horseradish. ( which includes Wasabi and Dijon mustard as it reminds me of it) It's a long and funny story but, I do not allow it in my house. :sneaky:

Guess I won't come to visit you with sushi as a gift! LOVE wasabi!!! HATE Dijon mustard....yuck!

Oh the mind boggles and is afraid...

How do you get all those quotes in one reply? I've tried and tried and tried to figure it out and actually do it?

Just like this. I clicked the bottom right of the posts on the square-ish black box with white quotes in it and click every post you want to reply to and when you get to the bottom click the orange "Reply to Thread" rectangle on the left and all the quotes will show like this and you can answer them in turn. ;)

Also the bread should be some good thick doorsteps, Warburtons toastie loaf is good as is super toastie. I saw something recently about Wasabi, most of the Wasabi in restaurants is actually just coloured horseradish.

It is. Real Wasabi is really expensive and a different animal completely.

Wait a minute! Back up...Beep, Beep, Beep. I happen to LOVE sushi. Just with the pickled ginger and a touch of soy though.

LOL, Which brings us right back to the original subject. Clark may not be sleeping, But I'll bet he's enjoying the food at the game right about now.

Yes and Yep...:p

Hit the little "+ box in the lower right corner on each post you wish to quote and then hit "reply with quote" on the last post you wish to quote. ;)

It worked!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Now...but I don't eat sushi without wasabi and you said that you don't allow wasabi in your house! I can bring it, you got a picnic table outside? And I have real Japanese wasabi(horseradish). One of the perks of working for a Japanese company and having good Japanese friends that work there! The real stuff is YUM and HOT!!

When I was in Japan I was in a very ill state, so very sick I thought the earthquake one night was my illness, and I couldn't let on or our host at the time would take me to the hospital. I mean REALLY ill. And the night after the earthquake I missed we were taken out to a hosted sushi meal which was a real expensive place. And to mess with me one of our hosts for the dinner had the sushi master make me a wasabi hand roll. They all watched me (stifling giggles) as I took a bite and exhaled through my nose (as best I could) while chewing and it was as if the real Wasabi chased all the germs away. I asked for another one with extra Wasabi and ate that the same way.

They were all O_O but I was well the next day. It was great! :thumb:

Anytime your sinuses are clogged eat some sushi liberally loaded with wasabi and they will run free and clear! I could literally eat wasabi on everything!!

An to stay on topic....maybe Clark and company are eating wasabi on hot dogs at the Ravens/Steelers game or wherever they wound up for dinner!
