An eGo type battery runs @3.2vdc. It is regulated and will maintain 3.2vdc till shutoff (it's uses PWM). A larger eGo type battery will only last longer, hence the larger milliampere hours (mAh). To "kick it a notch" go with a LR atomizer, or a CE2 type cartomizer in the 2.4-2.8Ω range, or maybe the eGo-Tank, or the ego type A or B atomizers/cartridges (in LR also). If going to a LR atomizer, I recommend dripping. There is a risk to the eGo type battery with a LR atomizer because the mosfet may not handle the current draw and blow. Unless you are talking battery life or time between cartridge refills, if you want to kick it up a notch, you may want to consider a real 3.7 (or 5v/6v) mod with at least a 16340/14500 battery.
