Don't know if this has been mentioned.... I was on Greekvape site last night. For those of you wishing for taller version for taller tanks he now has a taller version cap to purchase separately. About 20EU for the cap.

So apparently Greekvapes and houseofmods are both getting killer stock in 'soon' but I was sick of checking the websites constantly and esmokerireland had them in stock today so I pulled the trigger. It was like 13CDN more to order from them, but I don't care cause they actually had one and I can stop stressing about it lol.
Now.... to the tank. I'm gonna spend about $40 on a nice tank for this thing. I kind of want to get the D-Base from greekvapes for it cause I really like the look of the tank D-BASE TANK but I saw in this thread that a poster got one and was a little upset cause it was basically just a fancy plain carto tank. Is there is a nice tank I can order, around 19-20mm with SS end caps that the bottoms screws on? I would like to be able to unscrew it as opposed to prying it off all the time.

Just got my Killer a couple of days ago, and it vapes really well. BUT - getting a lot of burnt-ish hits off it. Stock head / wick, 2.6 ohms, varying the wattage between 6 and 8, still getting this burnt taste. Any idea what could be causing that?
I've decided to just order the D-Base tank with the external killer tip. I found this picture which is great because I'll be using it on my provari mini most of the time and I wanted to see how the top would line up with the tank etc...

Then I fill up using the fill-hole, screw the little screw back in and then slide the tank back down to uncover the juice feed. Do you think this is causing a problem? Vapor lock means too much pressure inside the tank.
I use the same method you are using only in Phiniac tanks. The orings are so tight that I can't turn the juice control but I fill from the bottom, then set the juice control and then snap the bottom cap back on. I still get vapor lock once in awhile but not very often. I tried an AGR tank with top fill hole and had problems so went back to the Phiniac tank. I couldn't say if it was due to filling via the fill hole or not. Sorry.
When you get those burnt dry hits try taking a couple of unpowered draws. That sometimes will fix the vapor lock problem.
Well my NR wire & silica got here today & I managed to clumsily cobble together a set-up for my killer. I missed my target 1.8 ohms (forgot to factor in .3 meter leads - DUH!) & this has to be the .... ugliest coil/wick ever, but my killer is back up & running & is (surprisingly) vaping like a champ. YAAAAAAA!!!! BTW, this is my first silica wick build & I didn't expect the material to be so easy to tear up. Like I say...UGLY! But hey, it's alive...ALIVE!!!

I am loving the Rapid tank...my post here describes it... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tanks/406460-rapid-tank.html the bottom fill makes it super easy to refill and you can get it with both tank sizes. Right now it is on my Saber passthrough ...
I saw a post in this thread about that tank after I'd ordered the D-Base and had instant regret lol. But I also like my diameters to match and its 22mm so ill pass on the rapid tank for now cause I wanted a 20mm tank. I will say however that the rapid tank looks awesome and ill probably break down and get one soon lol.
I think the D-Base tank looks really nice but its plastic which IMO is crap considering its like 50$ CDN. I'm going to order a glass one for it from someone, I just hope its a standard size.

Try IBTanked...they do custom glass tank sizes both in diameter and length so if you want you should be able to get a perfect fit for the length of the Killer.
